One night stay, great location, clean rooms, friendly staff, cute amenities such as outside patio and rooftop bar

Came to Nashville for weekend trip with family. The location is perfect. Away enough from Broadway but close enough to great restaurants/bars. Got to the hotel early at 10am, and they were able to check me in. The room was just cleaned and smelled amazing walking down the halls and rooms. The front desk associate was amazing and personable when I was asking about the area. My family got there a day late and staff was so kind when dealing with parking. My sister and bil loved the breakfast, they even made plates to eat in bed. Relatively clean and very family/crowd friendly neighborhood. Tons of people walking their dogs in the mornings. Great people watching on hotels patio.

Great hotel and check in. Good location for downtown but a ton of construction going on. Only negative is how small the closet was to hang up any clothes.

I really enjoyed the hotel and the location! The only thing that disappointed me was that we didn’t get a chance to enjoy the rooftop, Up. First night, kitchen closed early and the second night, a company took over the rooftop and we couldn’t go up there! Overall, I enjoyed it!

Very friendly check in and front desk staff. Excellent buffet breakfast and all day coffee/tea. We had a problem of no hot water for a few hours but this was resolved with an apology. Convenient location to downtown.

I cannot say enough great things about Fairfield Inn at the Gulch. Every employee we encountered was so friendly and helpful!
Ms. Camilla, in the dining area, was fabulous! She always had a smile on her face and was so personable.
Chasity, from housekeeping, made sure we were taken care of and went above and beyond to thank my husband for his military service with a sweet note.
Front Desk staff Katey, Doneka and especially Eric, were all happy to help and kind.
Cashay, assistant manager of housekeeping, made sure we had everything we needed.
I spoke with Todd Baker, Operations Manager, to make sure he knew how terrific the staff is.
From the minute we got into the hotel to the time we left, we felt like we were home. Thank you!

A clean, quiet, centrally located place to stay. Definitely a higher priced option, but such is Nashville.
We were very close to event venue. Easy to hail an Lyft with little waits, or just to walk.
The area around the hotel had quite a bit of construction going on in June.
Parking reservation worked flawlessly and we were able to park undercover for our overnight stay in the hotel parking, around back, no extra drive to get to it. A bit more to pay, but worth it for one night to not have to worry about the car.
Breakfast was a full, hot meal with eggs, sausage, biscuits, fruit, waffles, cereal, toast, bagels, etc. Hot coffee. Lots of seating area.
We didn't check out the rooftop dining--maybe next time. The menu looked great.

Great place and great staff. Cleaning crew not great. Varied from day to day. Rooftop bar was cool. Needs to be updated and more cooling on porch. Missing opportunities. Liked the location.

We stayed overnight in Nashville at the last minute and Fairfield Inn & Suites was perfect and even had parking space for the small u-haul trailer we had hooked to the back of our SUV. Front desk personnel was welcoming and helpful.

Staff was accommodating and helpful. We had had our car keys lost and stolen and the staff here helped us with any of our requests and needs and went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant.

The stay was wonderful. The Rooftop was wonderful . Customer service at the Rooftop was wonderful. I hated every minute of check in. The lady that checked us in was not welcoming at all. Her attitude was not nice. She never asked for an ID. She only asked for a credit card to put on file. She never spoke or welcomed me to this beautiful hotel. She handed me a key and said here’s your room key. Didn’t tell me how to get to a elevator, what my room number was, “other than what she wrote on the card holder paper”, if not for that we wouldn’t have known. what time breakfast or check out was. She did say do you need valet or are you parking yourself? I have never experienced this before. So disappointed.

Beautiful hotel in great location with the nicest staff you could ever meet. All around perfect. Was there for cma fest and the hotel is Walkable to broadway events
