It was loud. The people staying above me sounded like they were running from one side of the hotel room to the other until 11 or 12 at night. The last time I stayed in January it was nice. I may need to find another hotel for my next stay

Beautiful location in the Mill District with a view of the river. Steps to the river greenway and parks. Loads of shopping and eateries right out the door.

Really enjoyed staying here. Property and rooms were very clean, staff was friendly and pretty good breakfast. Walking distance to Old Mill District and Amphitheater.

The bed and TV layout is terrible. The TV isnt at the foot of the bed against the wall, you have to turn your head to the left, or lay across the bed with pillows to prop you up. They need to rotate the bed position.

Everything but small beds was perfect as they felt more like doubles then queens but every other thing was perfect.

Hotel is in great location only complaint is that they only have room cleaning every other day. No clean towels etc

Our check in was great. We stayed at a Hampton in Roseburg and the bed was super comfortable, unfortunately this one was not, too hard for our liking. But quiet and convenient.

Hotel staff is great, only complaint was that the room was noisy with a vibrating mechanical noise from the building hvac I think.

The Hampton Inn property was great. The problem is with Expedia. I booked two nights two weeks in advance. I needed to cancel one night with a week notice. Expedia said they would do this. But what they did in actuality was cancel the reservation entirely and then refund half the money. The Hampton Inn had no record for me even though I had paid for one night. Expedia is a underhanded company with zero customer service and will rip off the customer every chance they get. Only use them to figure out your agenda and then call the airlines, hotels and car rental places directly. NEVER give Expedia your credit card number unless you want to be ripped off.

Excellent check in experience. Very clean room. Love the breakfast options. Shopping and dining with in walking distance. Overall a very good experience staying here.

The front desk staff was very welcoming and kind. The pool was great, my kids loved it. Breakfast was hearty and more than I expected. Some of the seats in the breakfast area were really worn and needed to be replaced. Other than that the esthetic was modern and clean. The room and beds were comfortable and clean.

Everything was good. Customer Service amazing. Room it was clean and perfect space. Just at night we experienced noise that didn’t let us sleep as well as we expected. But overall our stayed was really good. I would recommend this hotel to everyone that I know.

There is no better location than this if you’re visiting bend. The check in was smooth, plenty of parking, amazing location! The gym even has a peloton. Not sure why anyone would stay anywhere else! Walking distance to EVERYTHING!!

Considering this is a newer property, I was surprised health, said the walls were. You could hear people walking in the room above you and water through the walls. Every time someone showered, or flushed the toilet. We were in a suite that was right next to an entrance door, and it was very loud (early in the morning).
