Motel was well kept. Room was exceptionally clean as was the front desk area. Will stay again.

Room was small with only 2 double beds, but overall was clean. We stayed for 2 nights and the room served its purpose. Overall an average place to stay.

Check-in took too long and we didn't get checked in all the way apparently. We get a call at 11:30pm to ask if we were the right people in the room. It wasn't the best experience for the money.

We stayed here last year for Christmas which I really enjoyed it like the fact that you park in front of your door that is why I pick staying here again it not a five star motel but it’s work perfect if you don’t want to pay the prices to the other motel charge we bring our dog this time it has hard wood floors the beds were great they always have g fantastic water pressure in the shower. They have a little coffee, pot and coffee in your room they have soda vending machines they laundry room but we did not use it. The place is well lit up at night so that’s great. Definitely be staying when we come back to Pittsburgh. This is the first place that I’ve stayed that I haven’t seen cockroaches in.

The person running the front desk was extremely nice. When going to room not clean outside and 3 crickets inside. I hate killing bugs. I was not happy with the crunch. Positive note was not a cockroach bed was comfortable and place very quiet

For an inexpensive, no frills motel, this is the place to stay. Friendly staff, clean room, comfy bed, relatively quiet. The perfect place to crash for a night, but not necessarily the place you would want to stay for more than a couple of nights, simply because there are no extras like breakfast, swimming pool, workout room, etc.

The plug in for the coffee pot didn't work, the door was hard to open you had to really put some muscle into it to get it to open. Other than that it was really good place to stay.

From check-in to check-out this Regency Inn was A-1...
White glove clean, comfortable, quiet with very nice furnishings including MW, Mini Fridge desk etc etc...
NIce bfast room, but just down the street from one of the best eateries around, the Farm House B-L-D, yumm..!
We look forward to future visits to Pittsburg Kansas and staying at the Regency Inn... Thanks, Carl =)~

Beds were very comfortable. Very clean and everything worked. I'm guessing the TV was a 60" and great channel selections. Definitely will use again.

Furniture was tattered, linens were dingy but it was clean. I helps if you are color blind like the designer of the room since nothing matches in the room. One door was painted grey, walls were 2 different pastels, tile was tan, carpet was brown. The refrigerator was off so don't expect to put cold drinks in and keep cold. All in all very basic. Linens were clean, bed was comfortable, heat and A/C and TV worked. Desk clerk was very hospitable and polite.

Room was fine, had to put chain back on toilet to flush, hardly any towels to shower, had to plug things in.

There were a group of 4 guys heavily intoxicated fighting outside of my room right beside my car at about 3 am Thursday December 1st 2022. Nothing was done about this after it was reported. They returned to their room and continued fighting and could be heard from their room which was right next to mine. There was also no blanket on my bed, only a couple of sheets.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The only thing I didn't like was that the TV channels were limited, but since we didn't spend much time there it wasn't much of an issue. I can always pull up Netflix on my tablet. Would definitely stay there again.

We could park right out side of our door. it was quiet and clean, we even had a couch to sit on which was an extra bonus. I would definitely stay there again.

We to a concert and everyone at the place was cool about us partying afterwards..(no stupid stuff )

Room showed some wear, but it was clean. Beds were comfortable. Nice shower flow. The bath tub could use a grab bar to make is easier for older guests. Car is right outside the room, which is convenient. However, some of that parking lot noise makes it into the room. Usually, I would keep the A/C fan blowing to mask outside noise, but that didn't seem to be an option--it was either the A/C turning on and off or leave the fan on while the room gradually warms up. Staff was very nice. For the price, its a reasonable value.

This was not a $100/night room. The ice maker and vending machines were all broke. Computer in the lobby was not working. The chair in my room had the pleather worn completely off and slits were cut in the cushions. Amenities in the room were at a bare minimum. I stayed here 2-3 years ago and it was much better; not so now. This is a hard no next time.
