Mold is everywhere. No managers on property to even complain. The service men and women are great but they can’t do anything. For an hotel that is closer to the airport, it’s very disappointing. Hopefully they hire a property manager, hostess manager, Human Resources personnel and change their menu.

Stayed on the third floor for a few days,
my one thing was the small cockroaches running around in the bathroom and the carpet looked worn and like somewhere with high traffic. Need to work on those

The hotels room had roaches on the floors and the bed headboard. The sheets is not clean enough and the mattress is very uncomfortable. I will not refer anyone to this hotel. Please he floors have cracks while you walking, you can feel it under your feet. They don’t never have towels when you ask, they only give you one towels.

This was by far the worst experience staying in that establishment let me tell you how bad that place is to start the carpet was so filthy it was unbelievable it appears that carpet have not been cleaned up for months caused they were roaches all over, flies flying around like airplane ✈️stinky gum on the floor 🤢 I gotta tell you I was very disappointed ☹️

a lot of mosquitoes, breakfast menu limited. I have to call for housekeeping to come clean only 2 towels and no washcloths was served. thank God I had mine with me, only 2 bottles of water, not enough. They can do better than that. Transportation was ok, they were fast.

This is an excellent hotel, the hotel was always clean, the staff was fantastic. I love the level of security, we have wall that surround us , no outsider can come in. I never heard any gunshot.

Only thing I did not like about servotel is that after a long day because my started from Philadelphia a 1:00 am, a connecting flight from Philadelphia to Miami and Miami to Haiti and when I get to servotel at 2:40 pm their make me wait for 3:00 pm to check in and the lobby where their make me wait at was so hot and I was already tired and smelled, so, that’s why I did not appreciate it.
