All the staff were kind and had great smiles. Some of the rooms felt old, but they were generally clean. Our room faced the sea, so the view was great. They serve different noodles every morning, so you won't get bored. I would like to stay here again if I go to Da Nang. thank you very much.

The lobby may be 4 stars, however these rooms are in terrible condition. We only stayed for a few hours before our flight and we were glad to checkout. We stayed in the ocean view room which should be a prime room and it was bad. The bathroom was in bad condition. The bathtub wasn’t secure, the wall paper was dirty and mouldy. In the bedroom, the AC barely worked and was quite old. The beds were hard and springy. While the flooring and wall paper was newly done, it was in poor condition. The window was very small. The staff were friendly, but having to wait an extra 20-30 minutes at checkout for them to “check” the room was not fun while trying to get to the airport on time.

You get what you paid for. The staff was very nice and welcoming. Very good location infront of the beach. But the hotel is just old and tired so I will pay a little more and go somewhere else next time.

It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. There were mold on the walls in the bathroom, the sheets and linen were dirty and the breakfast was really bad. Would not recommend.

The hotel was within walking distance of MyKhe beach. I had the seaview room which provided nice views. Rooms was decent size but room cleanniness and service was well below par. Especially room cleaners who just would let me sleep in throughout the 4 days and come banging at your door at 8.00am. My room didn't have latch, so they could open the the door with their room key which was upsetting. They would come back every hour banging the door insisting to clean the room which they did very poorly and took them 5 minutes, Beding was not changed everyday.

Easy to find. Right beside the beach. Very clean and of a comfortable size. They have a bath tub! Satisfied with their service and friendliness.

VERY GOOD ENVIRONMENT, STAFFS ARE GOOD, HOUSEKEEPING WELL MAINTAINED
