Heater would make a loud bang sound before if would kick on. Overall it was a great place to stay.

The hotel is very very nice, we loved our stay there. The only thing they can improve is the sofa bed, it was very uncomfortable.

Condo was well-equipped, clean and comfortable. I loved sitting on the balcony at different times of the day. The location was ideal, right off of the main street with lots of small shops and places to buy food and drink. I only wish I could have stayed longer.

Everything was perfect, my husband, my pets and I, were very happy and had a wonderful weekend. We just had problems with wifi, never could get internet and we nedeed to work online. Except the wifi issue, the rest was jus excellent.

Housekeeping excellent. Well equipped. Quiet setting but close to town. Only opportunity for improvement: Internet connection is weak.

We love Ruidoso! Sad to see it was so dry from lack of rain. No hiking this time around due to forest closures. We still enjoyed our stay!

This charming condo unit was so well stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils, and supplies. It even had a kitchenware mixer. The furniture and decorating were in great shape and so well coordinated. It was very clean inside the condo and all around the grounds. It is only a block from the main shopping area. It has a nice walk-in closet, but there were no hangers. This felt like home from the moment we arrived.

My wife and I loved the place as well as the location. Also Elizabeth in the office was very generous and helpful on insight and recommendations for local restaurants and fun. Cant wait to go back.

Great condo located near the center of town. Albertsons a 5 minute drive away. Have four huge gas BBQ's and everything you need in the kitchen of the condo. Fun town!

Reservation were a breeze. Actually made 2 adjustments to reservations prior to showing up without issues. Had a credit from one change and the day after check out had the credit back on the credit card. Beautiful unit, very clean and comfortable. Right in the middle of town for easy walkibg to local shops and restaurants. Wkll most definitely be staying again

I like that it’s walking distance from the shops. However, the toilet would get stuck and the tank would not fill up with water. We had to maneuver it at times to make it flush.

Very nice condos less than two blocks from the center of town. Totally furnished with flat wall TV's, kitchen appliances and patio table and chairs. The BBQ's could use a tune up. Very hard to start. Overall a great stay!
