We have been coming to this hotel for several years and the service keeps getting worse. No one at the front desk. Will answer your call from your room if you ask for items which they will promised to have for you they forget no one seems to know how to apologize or provide service I will not be staying at this hotel again. Also, this is at least the third time that we’ve stayed in a suite and the toilets are horrible. I’ve had to fix the toilets myself every time.

Bed was creaking, sink clogged, shower water pressure too low. hear outside noise well

The electronics on the room- fridge and whatever else was powered in made the worst sound all night long. The hum was just loud enough to keep waking us up and that was with ear plugs in. We reallybneeed to be well rested and we weren’t when we got up.

#1 I find your breakfast buffet extremely expensive being on my past visits I could order an omlet or special egg requests which today after paying $20+ they want to charge extra for this. Not good. On my last 2 days in my room their wasn't any air. Said the second floor was the only floor but didn't offer to switch my room if requested. Not good. I expected a credit toward my $700.+ bill but on check out I was offered free parking. WOW

Overall the hotel was nice. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. While the room was updated and looked nice overall, the tub filler spout was about a half inch off the tile. It still worked, but felt like they did not do a quality update. Outside of this, sheets and everything were clean. No odd smells or disturbances during my stay. Parking was available for a fee ($28) - would have been great to receive free parking per night's stay.

they charge you almost $30 a night while there are so many parking areas around the hotel that you can park for free I didn’t mention that during the booking also breakfast is not included and it’s about $25 per person

Room was clean, modern, and neat. The bed was comfortable. For being so close to the freeway, you couldn’t even tell. There was zero noise and able to sleep very peacefully. We would definitely stay again if we needed a room close to the airport. Staff were all very kind and hospitable.

No complaints. Very well kept together establishment. Charging paying customers for overnight parking for $50 was a bit extreme but you get what you pay for and that is a very quiet, comfortable, peaceful stay.

The staff was helpful, welcoming, and efficient. They were also very polite. I had a great time, and I loved the facility there. It's very convenient distance everywhere and the parking is nicely formatted as well.

I enjoyed the easy access to the freeway and the staff was great. The people at the restaurant were very helpful and the person at the front desk was constantly greeting me. Great service!!

The front desk was friendly enough, the room and overall hotel is clean. The room service was fast and delicious! The room has no bad odor and the temp is easy to control. I feel safe here and in case you’re a traveler, the location is very close to the SNA airport. I would stay here again.

We got the room for the pool and shuttle. The pool was closed and the shuttle didn’t run until 8 am. A lot of people need to get to the airport before 8:15.

Friendly staff, very accommodating for persons with disabilities. They were able to change our room for my mom and offered 2 options. Room was clean and the beds were comfy 😌. Staff provided a list a nearby restaurants for outside ordering. I would recommend and I will be returning.

Place was clean and convenient location but I called for housekeeping and towels etc and they said ok but then no one showed up to clean the hotel room.

Pretty large and quiet room. Area is quite convenient, close to the John Wayne Airport and major shopping malls.

We have stay at this locale a few times many years ago and we were very impressed at the time, however the inn is now showing signs of aging and slightly diminished service which dimmed our stay this time.
It is in a great central location, there is plentiful parking (plus a daily parking fee), and the check-in and check-out process was quick and efficient.

The living room smelled like a wet towel especially the couch. Both telephones don’t work. There are no laundry.

Hotel is relatively close to the airport but there are no restaurants or shops that you can walk to. The breakfast choices at the hotel are very limited and expensive

This is a super clean hotel! Quiet, comfortable, safe and the staff was very professional and friendly. Absolutely zero complaints and will stay again when in the area.
