Housekeeping did great job ,reception not so , the water from rain created the path to be flooded so had to walk through it , gardens and pool need some attention, the whole place could do with a touch up. Cheap and good location

This property was close to where we needed to be very early in the morning. Room was basic but comfortable. Cheap so you get what you pay for.

Room did not look cleaned at all, could see water marks all over bathroom floor and more from like drips rather than mopping. Smelt musty. Sewerage problem which made having a shower unbearable due to the stench, mould throughout the bathroom plus the shower head needs replacing as leaks out the bottom of the shower head casuing terrible pressure and serious midge problem not sure how they were getting in with the room locked up. The pictures on wotif website were very deceiving to what we found when walking into the room, two light's wouldn't even work obviuosly blown bulbs... not sure if we just got a crap last minute room or if they are all like that.... maybe organise a mould treatment amd a pest spray. Really disappointed with the room for the money we spent...
Check in service was amazing very nice lady!!

Glasses in our room were dirty.
Pool was full of leaves.
Tavern still had dinner plates, glasses and bottles outside when leaving sunday morning.
Cheap motel. Not worth it though.

The room was not well maintained, mould in bathroom on roof , curtains broken, fridge did not seal .

Pretty poor check in, we arrived just after 2pm there was no one on reception had to ring twice then wait in the bar area for staff to check in. Dining area is great, food and staff were lovely. The cleanliness was poor, tap in shower fell off, balcony has never been cleaned. Hand towel was dirty. After coming back from dinner there were ants all over the bin all along the top of the ceiling. The doorknob was loose. The pub is the best part.

The room we were in was damp. Not sure if it was due to the air conditioner but the sheets felt damp, the surfaces i touched felt damp, the ceiling in the bathroom was "sweating" and dripping slightly. There was no wipes to clean table if needed and had to just use the toilet paper provided. Floor was not clean and no broom available to sweep. The receptionist was at least the nice thing about the place. Bistro was okay too.

Vicky on reception was friendy and helpful. Room tired but clean enough. Peaceful and relaxing. Good location.

You get what you pay for. This is one of the cheapest places in the area. But is relatively clean and comfortable. With the attached pub and restaurant it is a convenient place to stay while working in the area. Have no problem staying here again.

While the motel is a part of a busy hotel, our stay was very pleasant. We had a tasty dinner at the restaurant and enjoyed the ambience. It was very much a well liked family venue with face painting, etc. The room was fine. Bathroom needs an update but still ok. Staff exceptional.

The motel was fine, but the outdoor areas around the motel could have done with a spruce to feel less budget. My kids didn't really feel safe when they weren't in the room, and trying to find it by GPS was a nightmare. It kept telling me to go through a private road which wasn't possible, and no one answered the phone.

The place is nice, clean and comfortable to stay in.
The meals were convenient as we didn't have very far to walk. We will certainly come and stay again.

The place was very filthy with nothing locking and the staff were not attentive. Toilets didn’t flush. I had to look for another place. Biggest waste of money wouldn’t recommend anyone

The property is in a central location and has a decent bistro attached.
The rooms are very basic (was expected) but I was very disappointed to see how unclean they were. Carpets were disgusting, insect and cockroaches droppings all through the bathroom, vanity and cupboards. No windows can be opened unless you are happy for someone to access your room in the middle of the night. Overpriced for what it is (which isn’t much).

Everything I needed right at my fingertips. Safe, clean, quiet accommodation. Fabulous meals in the bistro or home delivery. Excellent staff, from check in Management, to Bistro to Housekeeping & to have a Liquor Land on site & a Convienience store 100 mts up the road. This is one accommodation that I will definitely recommend & when nessasary, I’ll be back !!!

We stayed here for 3 nights during our vacation. The room, although tidy, did not appear to have been finished being set up for our arrival. A few odd things like absolutely no room information or tourism information booklets were present. There was no tea or coffee making stocks. It was very odd. The reception seemed surprised when we told them there was nothing provided. The hotel itself was understaffed with most of the staff working the bars. It was difficult to get hold of room service by phone or at reception office, the most successful option being to talk directly with bar staff. The staff and hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. We had a good time.

No Milk but coffee and tea. The bathroom door would not lock. 1 Towel rack 3 Towels. Shower is like a garden hose and the tap is broken. Hand towel is next to the dunny not the basin. Screen door takes 2 to move it. Blinds were falling apart. Outside a rubbish dump. Sheets were marked! The shelf in the wardrobe broken. The last guest T shirt was in the wardrobe. The TV is bolted down with second hand roofing bolts? I was waken by the guy next door snoozing and people in the pool at midnight.
No information sheet. You need to hunt down a staff member for get the internet password H101!
I rather sleep in my car!

Appearance is everything, it needs a maintenance team and good cleaners. Our room had fresh clean towels and hoping the sheets were fresh and clean… everything else not properly cleaned

As with any other business budget motel there were issues , no mattress protectors on the beds that was a hygiene issue , mould in the shower but got rid of with a $2 mould rid from Aldi other wise ok . I have book again in May

Toilet was rocking, chipped dinnerware that could contain hepatitis, blinds that don't cover the windows for privacy, walked past a room that smelt like something died in there. Air con wouldn't get cold. Worst pillows ever!!! Pool didnt look inviting. Glad it was just for 1 night. Won't be back.

Property old and reflected in price charged. On arrival room had not been cleaned but we were offered another room immediately. Nothing really in walking distance. Property utilised by contractors that were obviously working away from home base but this did not cause a problem. Just an indicator of what type of property it is,

The hotel is very convenient with restaurant and pool. However as we were there for a sports compitition we needed the freezer which was over frosted and couldnt fit my drink bottle or freezer packs in. Others were the same.
Had a dirty towel in one of our drawers and no cuttlery. Other than that was all good .

Unfortunately not a enjoyable stay. Rooms dont seem to be cleaned properly if much at all and suspect some bed linen is reused without washing have stayed here before and its gradually gone down hill.
