Stayed long weekend. The room and facility were great. The only problems were: Dogs in rooms barking. The person above my room stomping back and forth. A couple arguing late at night. Doors slamming at night.

This hotel was perfect for me and my dog! Employees were so nice. Love the kitchen and large dining table-and separate work space. The shower was great! Wonderful water pressure. The cookies in the evening was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast was very good. Cage free egg omelette, sausage, Meat and potato burrito! WOW. Best hotel during my many days of travel!

Clean room, friendly staff, delicious breakfast = happy stay! Plus they have a reasonable pet fee, which we appreciated. Our pups appreciated their goodie bag! Would definitely stay again!

"Home away from Home" TownePlace Suites in Billings is clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff is top-notch - very friendly and responsive. Lots of parking, area to walk the dog and close to shopping and great dining options.

The person who checked me in, Lela, was so great - very friendly and professional, even though she was new and learning. There was a gentleman helping her who was also so kind.

Hotel was great minus the 10 minutes it took for the water to get hot and the worn out couch.
Now the other guest are a different story. Loud and rude. Anyone not on the first floor needs to learn how to walk lightly and stop slamming doors.
Pet owners clean up after your pet. Dont leave whiney dogs alone in your room. Stop using a non fixed leash on aggressive dogs. Your dogs bad behavior is your fault.

Our hotel rooms we're very clean and well stocked. Our stay was great. No problems. Parking was great and safe. We felt safe in the area. Customer service was great. Anytime we needed anything we we're helped. Breakfast was decent. They did run out of stuff but tried to restock fastly. The hot chocolate and coffee at all hours was a nice touch. Our family enjoyed the outside fire and the indoor pool.

For the two of us, it was a very comfortable studio with kitchenette. There was plenty of room. There was clever multi-purpose furniture and exceptional amounts of storage space, including a large closet with drawers, shelves and hanging space.
We appreciated details like a non-slip bath mat, grab bar in bath in a regular room, ample supplies for cooking, and good lighting/eclectric outlet options.
Our only wish was for a few more ecologic touches. They used wall mounted shampoo etc. dispensers to avoid overuse of small plastic bottles but they did not have a way to recycle.
For a week long stay, it was the most comfortable set-up we've encountered at this price point.

Super great property! The hotel was the cleanest place I’ve stayed in a long time. The staff was really friendly, the rooms were large and very nice. Great location in the newer part of Billings close to all major shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Bathtub had hair in it, toilet broke and we had to fix the chain, and there was a corner of the room that was soaking wet from an apparent water leak. There was visible water damage to the wall so water was coming in from somewhere. The breakfast was also poorly stocked both mornings. We will not stay here again.

We booked a 1-bedroom king suite. The room smelled of strong pet urine odor. Worth noting that it is a pet friendly property which is a huge plus. But the carpet did not seem like it had been cleaned. We also did not have hot water in the room. We contacted the front desk agent, who was very friendly. She moved us to a room with two queen beds.
That room did not have strong pet odors and did have hot water, so that was a plus. However, we were not compensated for any portion of the room change, even though it was a significant downgrade.

The rooms are awesome. Its so nice to have a kitchen. The pool was fun and the workout room has a lot of nice equipment.

I have never heard of this brand of Marriott hotels. But it had the Marriott name so I spent over $200 to spend the night there. Greatly disappointed for that price. The sheets were so old and worn you could actually see through them. I mean these sheets should have been replaced a year or two ago. Burn holes in the carpet, tried to get fresh air because of the overpowering deodorizer smell in the room and the loud AC two stories down made it impossible to sleep with the window open. I choose hotels based on excellent reviews and this one showed a 9.2 on my travel app , not sure what went wrong here or if I just got unlucky with their worst room. But two thumbs up for the housekeeping, what they actually have control over was very clean which I appreciated of course.
