Place smelled and found hairs in bed sheets. Not at all impressed. But you normally get what you pay for

Facility appears to be a new add-on to an older style motel. Room was ample, but wardrobe at furthest end from entry, making hang up of coats awkward. Very basic accessories like every other hotel. Good value for a good price.

Clean rooms good price

The person at check in was courteous , nice and efficient .

Close proximity to hospital

Perfect for a short stay in Bruce Penisula. Towels and sheets are Perfectly Clean. Pristine! Beds are comfortable and the bathroom was clean and beautiful.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was very difficult tonreach anyone by telephone but in person she eas fantastic. The room was modern and clean but there were several minor issues that left a feeling of corners beijg cut during renovation. For example the bathroom light fixture requires 4 bulbs. Only 2 were working, 1 was empty and 1 was burnt. The plate cover for the bathroom plug was cracked, and pieces were broken right off. This caused the plug to need to be reset everytime you used it. The painting looked fresh but whoever cut the ceiling didnt bother to clean up the mistakes.

Great service, friendly, nice rooms

Our room was clean and comfortable, but the room has only one plug for charging phones (in the bathroom), no coffee/tea maker, and no Kleenex. There is no ice cube machine.

The room in the new wing was spacious, quite clean, had all essentials. No room service during stay, as was announced at check-in, but office was available for any needs. The old part of the motel seems to have long-term guests and does not appear inviting at all, but the new part is different and also off the main and busy road. Still a bit noisy, but not too bad.

Excellent price. High quality room. Two disappointments: 1 no coffee machine, critical in this day and age, and 2 no closed captioning on TV - important for hard of hearing guy like me.

It seemed like owned by an Indian family who was very nice. They gave us a warm welcome as well as a quick and clear instruction for the parking and stay. The room was also clean and well maintained - looked much better inside than how the outside building looked like. Unfortunately the person staying next room was yelling for hours at night and that disturbed us, but other than that it was a good stay for the price!

I loved our room but other guests were very loud. They partied until 4am at which time a physical fight broke out. I was very scared! Door banging and screaming continued until 5:30am. Maybe an isolated case but would not stay here again.

Newly updated rooms, new fixtures, newly painted etc. Beds were okay. Pillows were terrible (flat and tiny). Overall, great value for price. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great place to stay near Hospital.

The property was aligned to the price point, very basic motel centrally located.

Clean, quiet place to stay. Excellent price. Missed having a coffee machine, good thing I packed my mini Kereg. Helped to have a mini fridge and a microwave as we had a light dinner in our room. Always seemed to have trouble with the TV, but the lady in charge got that sorted out. Not in our room long as the weather was beautiful and we were visiting.

Very clean and comfortable as a budget option. Microwave, bar fridge, cable TV with ppv options. Excellent shower, would have liked to use tub but there was no stopper. Centrally located. Staff called me twice after check out to let me know I had left an item in the room.

The room was beautifully decorated. Very clean room. Gorgeous bathroom. The manager was very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again. The outside of building is deceiving. It doesn’t indicate how nice the room is. This place would be ideal for hockey tournaments. We really enjoyed our stay and would come back.

The service staff is polite and friendly. The room is old and amenities are not update and sufficient. Especially, the room had unpleasant smell.
