The staff/owners were very friendly and helpful as well as thoughtful. We stayed during a very cold weekend and they had an additional heater going in our room when they saw on the reservation that I had 2 children with me. The room was very clean and neat and we felt comfortable for the duration of our stay.

Everything was wonderful with this motel. The rooms are clean, updated, and a great price compared to what most places were charging. We will stay at the Villa in Nelson next time we visit the area

Very clean. The staff was very friendly. Special shout out to Woody. He was very helpful. Very welcoming place. Was here during the big classic car show. No mocrowave in room but have access in the front desk and laundry room. Will come back again when in Nelson.

The place is very run down. The airconditioner made the place so cold we couldn't sleep. We tried to turn it down and it turned off and we couldn't get it back on. The room went from freezing cold to very hot in less than an hour and throughout the night continued to be boiling hot. I never slept a wink all night.

It was so quiet for sleeping. The managers most have staggered the room rentals so no one was directly above us or beside us. If they did the walls were well insulated 🙂

Check in Guy was fantastic and very helpful.
Room was clean but had a funky old smell.
Air conditioner worked great!
Shower had a wicked squeal…just turned the shower knob off and on about 5 times and it went away.

Reasonable rate for the area, good for a short stay. Basic older motel but it has been kept up nicely. No extras.

Clean and comfortable rooms, great room layout with fridge. Easy to access and close to Pulpit rock hike and Rotary beach. Driving across the bridge to City Centre is very convenient and has a nice view of the city. Service was friendly, quick and efficient.

Great little affordable place just on the quiet side of town. Booked for 2 nights and something come up could only stay for 1. The owner helped us out and was no fuss. Thank you
