Good location close to the beach very convenient

Service : all people very pleasant. Noisy because of big gaps around entrance door and patio door. Nightclub next door source of nighttime noise through the doors just mentioned. Also dogs who seem to reside on the property bark at night. AC was quite adequate despite the doors. No table or dining chair which rendered the freezer cooler moot. Was promised dining chair but never was delivered.

Not a nice place to stay. We didn’t even stay one night. Moved to the sister company called Golden Palms. Wow what a beautiful place.

The property was dirty the floor was making noise and the bathroom couldn't flush we had to use a bucket to flush the bathroom he got to a point when they got so frustrated even the shower was running so slow

there was no water in the rooms there were no cable channels there was only one nothing else there was no wifi everything was damaged and the service rate was loose

189 a night, and it was falling apart. Beds were super hard and the door frames had been bashed in a few times and repaired.

So this place would be a handyman’s life work. It kinda reminded me of Winchester Mystery house the way it has been converted and remodeled. You have to realize this is what you get for the price. Our friends were concerned about the neighborhood.

We stayed here as part of our vacation & we loved the location it was right in front of a private beach my kids loved it, we like the space in the room as well we enjoyed our stay.

I won’t stay at this property again. We stayed 1 night. Staff was friendly but that’s as far as it went. Everything about the room was unsatisfactory. Sheets stained, toilet stained not properly cleaned, outdated facility, only two channels on tv, botched remodel work… the list goes on…

The booked transfer was not there. The front desk was not helpful. And I booked a triple room with 2 beds and was put in a room with one bed. The shower/bath combo was rusted and the tap falling off. The water was cold. Not impressed at all, won't stay again.

They need to update the hotel rooms, patch-up walls, and update furniture.

Horrible and not what they promised. Bad air con service. Quite stinky in corridors. Nothing around the area. Expensive transportation - 4 min drive from the airport 15 usd . Room is very poorly constructed and decorated. Advertised for 85 usd but ended up paying 127 with taxes. For that price can get element hotel in Miami airport . Pool small . Muc smaller than looks on the picture

At this time the place is undergoing some renovations, because it is an older property. We had a double room overlooking the pool which contained two double beds. The beds were too soft for my back, but my SO slept fine. The room included a fridge and microwave plus a TV with basic cable channels. The best thing in the room we had was the AC. It blew very cool air and was not too loud. We used the pool at night which was clean and deep enough to do some laps. They have a small continental breakfast and an airport shuttle. So there are some basic amenities, but do know this place is on par with a Motel 6 or Super 8 in the U.S. If you need to keep costs down and plan to spend most of your time at the beach or in the city, then you can make this place work.

This place is horrific. I can’t believe it’s fit for human habitation never mind being advertised as accommodation in your website

Staff were great. room was clean. Facilities poor. Complementary B'fast good. Great location close to airport.

The housekeeping staff was accommodating. The tap water smelled bad.

After a quick walk-through of the facility and the property I decided not to stay there and called a cab

The staff is nice and friendly what San Fun Resort is the hole in the wall in my room you can smell Sewage in the room coming from bathroom toilet bowl loose on the floor .Now I see why there was 2 photos posted showing the bed & front of Building . I will NEVER stay there or recommend to my friends or family
