I checked in late at night after a terrible day. I was told that I would get back my deposit after I checked out of $50, it was supposed to be a refunded cleaning deposit after the inspection of the room. Check out is at 11 am. I asked to extend it to 12 and was told I would have to pay $20 dollars! After for several days and I did not get that deposit back I called the hotel and was told I would only be getting half of it back because I’ve damaged two towels in my room. All I did was wipe my makeup off before I went to bed, this should easily wash out in the washing machine… If they are using the correct, laundry soap? After the hotel is already over price for what you get to not get back, my deposit was absolutely infuriating and ridiculous.

Friendly staff, reasonably priced, close to casinos and shopping

Spring beds need updated, broken floor tiles in the bathroom are sharp , daily and nightly train that goes by. Nice staff, too expensive for what it was

Pillows to big, other than that it was good

Very cheap service ie: enough coffee for one weak cup. No lotion. Badly needs updating.

This facility backs up to the I-5 freeway on the east side. The end-table lamps in my room did not work, and there was no where to plug in my laptop.

Staff were nice to deal with. Mattress slanted to outside like someone has been sitting on it for years. Shady surroundings. No work out area

Their Jacuzzi tub was filthy. I tried to express this at check-out but they just argued with me. My husband and I stayed there for our wedding night. And while we filled the tub, you could see the massive soapscum and the floating from old dead skin cells. So we couldnt even enjoy that. I was veey disappointed

Check in / out was freindly, the room was clean and decent. The $50 deposit they add was promptly refunded to the card the next day. Overall was satisfied.

Easy access to freeway. Clean. Very near train tracks. Train whistle very loud. Older property.

Staff was very friendly. Was in an excellent location with a 24 hour diner a very short walk away. You do get a little train and traffic noise on the side that faces the interstate, but not excessive. Excellent value for the price.

Was not room that was shown on expedia. Room was cold when entering, took 2 hrs to warm to room temp. Hot tub jets were stuck closed on one side(managment rectified quickly)no breakfast @ time of walk through lobby.

The family that runs this hotel is absolutely lovely. My room was clean and adequately comfortable for a the price. The biggest downfall was that the walls are very thin and a had a loud neighbor. The hotel does seem to have its fair share of long term residents.

Hotel is old and shows it. Staff was friendly and competent. Terrible parking. No breakfast. Very sketchy clientele.

The hotel bedding were really outdated, almost like they were on the bed from the 1970’s. The complimentary shampoo and conditioner didn’t lather and felt watered down. Everything else was updated. If they invested into new covers and better shampoo and conditioner I’m sure the ratings would be higher.

The young man at the reception desk was very friendly and accomodating. Motel is an older building directly located near the freeway, which makes it for a very noisy stay. The upholstered chair in the room was very dirty and covered in stains. We had to pay a $50 deposit, which we were told, would be refunded in a few days.

Suite was outdated, not worth what paid for, people in the room next to us screaming and fighting all night staff never intervined, scary

Very helpful and friendly staff. We invaded some people’s privacy by entering out assigned room; the staff quickly assigned us a new room. The comforters smelled faintly of cigarette smoke though the entire floor was marked No Smoking. My roommate was disgusted that there was a dried liquid on the toilet seat and poop skid marks in the toilet bowl. If the staff wasn’t so friendly, I would give it poor marks.

For over $100 per night there was no service. No breakfast, no cleaning or restocking the room. Shortcuts in maintenance everywhere you looked. Outdoor floodlights used indoors. Shady people hanging out in the parking lot late into the night. Can not recommend staying here.

The suite was basically OK, nothing fancy. 1: The shower pan is slippery, we both slipped but were lucky not to fall. 2: My wife used the sink the first time and dark hair came out from under the lip of the sink, she is silver-haired. 3: We also spilled a little water from a bottle on the floor and when we wiped it up the paper towel was black. 4: The floor in front of the toilet was sticky, with what we don't know. Luckily we brought our own anti-viral spray and wipes. The management was friendly, professional, and polite. Value for price we consider to be three stars out of five.
