It was my second time at Madera Hollywood and had an even better experience. Service was very efficient and friendly. The suites were very spacious, well maintained and kept clean. My friends who also stayed here on my recommendation were equally happy with their experience.

I absolutely love this hotel! I stayed for the first time in 2023 and it has become my go to for every trip to Hong Kong. The kitchen is such a rare find. The staff are incredibly helpful, friendly and welcoming. I have stayed twice in 2024 and will stay again in the next week!

The hotel has the most wonderful suites that are well-appointed and hugely spacious, especially considering how space is at such a premium in Hong Kong.
The location couldn't be better: within walking distance of great bars and restaurants, shopping and wonderful fresh food markets.
The staff are so friendly and helpful and dealt with any concerns quickly and charmingly.

Room - a bit cold in December. No heating service.

Old hotel room and unreasonable staff and service standard. Asked for replacement of towel but they refused, asked for more tooth brush they also refused. AC was broken but they insisted no problem.

The Madera Hollywood is the best and in the center of activity, close to transportation such as rail, ferries etc. The escalator to Midlevels is one block away. The cafes and more are the best. The hotel is boutique, unique different and very special. We were really happy and very well looked after. We stayed another 10 days after our first week because the hotel was so good. It’s more than a hotel because of its apartment style design.

This hotel highlights kitchen, however it is just a simple pantry without cooking facilities. The bed is very uncomfortable and small. No heating and sofa is can not sit properly. Staffs are very nice and helpful.

Service is really great. Front desk staff are fantastic and extremely helpful. Rooms are really nice and cosy. Loved the kitchenette and utilities. Showers are great with the different functions. Bedroom was lovely. Location is perfect. Would definitely return.

The Madera exceeded our expectations. It was large and spacious unlike many of the other hotels we have stayed at in Hong Kong.AC worked great. It had all the amenities and storage space you need. It was comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. It is on Hollywood Rd, so it is within walking distance to almost anything you need. We will stay there the next time we are in Hong Kong.

Great location near bars and Central. They no longer replace toiletries daily. It needs TLC, bathroom shower faucet was broken.

Perfect for a short break. Large rooms, very comfortable and in a fabulous area for going out to eat in the evening - but not noisy. We were in room 902- huge and very nicely decorated. Only gripe was overly complicated electronics to open curtains/ adjust lighting etc
