The positives:
Beach is 2 blocks away with a 7eleven on the way.
The beach is not full of tourist.
The night market and Pattaya Park Tower is at walking distance (10 mins or less).
Good restaurants near by.
Close to the Suvarnabhumi Airport bus station (10 min drive).
Staff knows Thai, English, Spanish, and Russian.
Fast wifi.
The bad:
Had to wait 30 mins to check in.
The facilities are old and need more maintenance, single lock protects the room when you leave.
The bed was hard and uneven.
Do not eat in the room, ants come in.
The shower and the toilet and sink are together in the bathroom without any divisions.
The breakfast is the same thing everyday.
Overall:
This is not an hotel to spend leisure time in it. It's fine for those people that just want to sleep at night and be out all day and/or night.
Added bonus:
Just so you all know the majority of the costumers are Russian, so we felt a bit out of place at the beginning lol.
