We have stayed at quite a few hotels in the area and Doubletree is the cleanest and most comfortable. The breakfast is hands down the best!!! I highly recommend staying here if you are in the Reading area!

Beautiful hotel well kept. Friendly staff. Breakfast was phenomenal. So many options and creativity. Could not believe it was part of the room cost along with a free parking in the garage. Excellent value!!

Hotel was great and we were there for a concert at Santander...but good lord...after the show there was barely any food to be found...even on door dash...if we do go to a show at Santander again we would definitely stay at this Doubletree...

Love this hotel!! We always stay here when going to the Santander Arena or Arts Center. So convenient, free parking and shuttle to Santander Arts center. Beautiful breakfast buffet and love the cookies they give us, soft and warm!! Everyone is very accommodating. Will defiantly stay at The Hilton again.

The entire staff was friendly, attentive and accommodating. Very impressed with the service we received at breakfast. Great location for an event at Santander Arena, right across the street. Added bonus was FREE parking for hotel guests.

I was going to the concert in the santander arena and wanted something close and doubletree was there, i didnt know how close it would be, made my experience even better, the food in restaurant was amazing, breakfast was great, just an amazing awesome time

When we got to this hotel the road was blocked off for an event. The outside area where you pull up was packed with people smoking. The lobby was full with the bar overflowing into it. The elevator smelled like pot and so did the hall to our house room. The tea we ordered from room was old and curdled. I had to go to the lobby to get new service tcame withser

All of the staff were so helpful and kind. Room needed some updating, but overall nice. Little noisy being next to the train, but not a dealbreaker!

Conveniently located next to the concert venue (across the street), free parking to the guests, and an amazing breakfast buffet with excellent service. Also, the lobby smells as freshly-backed chocolate cookies, which they offer to guests. Amazing! would absolutely recommend it if you are here for an event.

We are not usually critical of hotels. We have stayed here many times. Front desk at check in was very slow and seemed disinterested. Cleaning crew was yelling loudly when we were trying to rest up. Breakfast staff was outstanding.

I have stayed at many double tree hotels but have never experienced any amenities being so dirty a this hotel. The pool water was white and cloudy and just overall not hygienic. My whole family decided to swim anyways because we thought maybe it was too much holding but it was the opposite. My whole family and I got sick from the water and got ear infections. Please clean up your main facilities and also do a better job cleaning your rooms, and overall gues facilities

The Doubletree was a great last minute close to home getaway. The king suite was incredible.
The suite has a great layout and very is spacious.
The city view was great through the floor to ceiling windows.
Room was very clean, and the service was excellent.
Would recommend and will definitely stay again!

We stayed at the Doubletree because we had a concert right across the street and everything worked out perfectly. They hotel was nice and clean, check in was easy and the walk to the arena was 30 seconds.

This hotel was convenient to stay in since I was attending a Lindsey Stirling concert right across the street at the Santander Arena. The whole hotel room was comfy and clean, along with the lovely walk-in shower. I loved getting to go swimming in the nice and clean indoor pool! I also liked the convenience of getting to eat at the restaurant inside the hotel. Just wished there would've been a microwave in my hotel room to heat some food up in. Also within walking distance of a Dunkin' Donuts to pick up donuts from in the morning.

Service and room were excellent, the coffee in the room brewer was very good, Brazilian. Free cookies at check-in were so good we asked for more when we checked out. The only thing we didn't like was there wasn't any info on the hotel restaurant in the room other than hours. We would have like to seen a menu with prices along with the same for room service. The Santander Arena was right across the street, we stayed here for the Lindsey Stirling concert and will stay here again for any events at the arena we attend since we don't live close by.

Everything was great except our dining experience at Cheers. Slow service, seemed understaffed. Quinoa salad was (large) was huge and mostly lettuce, little of anything else. The chowder though was delicious.
