The hotel itself was great. The breakfast was good. The lady that did the breakfast was very nice and did a very nice job with the breakfast. The only complaint that we have is the shower was very weak water pressure.

Everything here was amazing! I travel a lot and have used many hotels…. This is by far one of the absolute best! Zero complaints ❤️

It was so very clean and nicely decorated for Christmas. We felt very welcome .

Our door wuld not catch to lock when we would leave the room. I told the lady at the desk and she put a maintenance report in.

Staff was very helpful. Battery died in my thermostat and staff came to change them immediately. Bed was comfortable. Had to leave about 2am to pick up my boyfriend from the casino and there was a homeless person in lobby entrance way and made me feel nervous about safety since I was alone.

Spotlessly clean, comfortable, very friendly helpful service. Central location.

Overall it was a good experience. Our king bed had only three standard pillows, which were on the flat side. We requested another pillow and were told there were none. It made sleeping a little uncomfortable but was not that big of a deal. However, our room was near the pool so it was noisy with children playing and screaming at times. At least I'm guessing the noise was coming from the pool area; could have been coming from the hall (it was loud enough for that). Either way, the noise was unpleasant but it wasn't constant so it was fine. The room was clean and nicely furnished. The halls and entry had a pleasant air freshener smell. The breakfasts were good, and the staff person manning the dining area was pleasant and friendly. She smiled a lot and was very attentive to detail.

Would not let us stay there. Made us leave. Was trying to make us pay 250 deposit. I only ever payed 100 in my life not 250. The lady had no heart.

Great stop to rest between Cleveland and Detroit. Clean hotel and the free breakfast is a real deal-maker. Our only complaint is the beds/pillows could be more comfortable. The duvet was overly bulky and the pillows options were plentiful, but no combination of them made for a restful sleep.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the facility. The beds were very comfortable, and the TV was impressive. Usually, the TVs in most hotels are small, but this one was very large. The continental breakfast had a very nice variety.

It was a decent stay. Would have liked to have been asked if I wanted an ADA room beforehand as I prefer a bathtub. Disappointed that the hot tub was down. Accidentally left my charger in room and staff did not turn it in. ☹️

Room was very clean and large. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Don't like the shared bathroom products...1 was empty and who knows what could be in those containers. Huge trucks were blocking the pet area and those bags were so flimsy...glad I brought my own. No use of whirlpool, no music stations and a very poor TV package.

I’ve stayed previously (pre-Covid) and remember how excellent their breakfast was at the time. They had fresh berries, gluten free and low carb options, and the hot part of the breakfast was actually quite good. It was much better than a typical free hotel breakfast. This time they had the standard apples, oranges, and bananas and all of them were past their prime. The apples were all wrapped in plastic wrap (super wasteful, though possible required since Covid,) and every one was so soft and grainy my kids wouldn’t eat them. Not a single option was low carb other than the meat, which I couldn’t eat due to a pork allergy. Even the scrambled eggs had ham in them. A tiny yogurt had over 30 grams of carbs and 25 of those were sugar. The rest of the options included your standard continental breakfast muffins, oatmeal, danish, etc. Even my kids weren’t impressed, and they eat crap off the floor. All that said, if you don’t mind a fairly standard but not great breakfast, the rest of the hotel is decent. It was clean and everything was in working order in our room. The hot tub was out, which was disappointing. It didn’t look like it was a recent closure as it was filthy and looked like it had been broken and sitting with stagnant water for a while. It would have been nice to have that reflected in the hotel info prior to booking. But it wasn’t a dealbreaker. I’d stay again, but bring my own breakfast and call ahead to see if the hot tub was functional.

Staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. Bed were unbelievably comfortable - my back was in Heaven.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. I liked that they offered complimentary items that we forgot to bring on our trip. The morning breakfast was very nice, and we really enjoyed our stay.

Front desk young lady especially helpful. Best part of the stay. Pool water should be warmer and hot tub was out of order.

Hotel is nice but need attention on some of the newer amenities. Ex: Having shampoo/conditioner/body wash in bottles mounted in the shower (nice!). Finding body wash bottle empty in the middle of the shower (not nice!). Updated, clean bathroom with easily accessible towels & big vanity (nice!). Vanity light over sink super dim and towel shelves falling down (not nice!). Several plugs in the room updated with USB ports (nice!). Plug and USB port on nightstand completely busted and falling out (not nice!). We were there for a baseball tournament so we weren't in the room very much. Super squishy beds so if you like that, it's good. Last straw was essentially my fault, Left my fav jacket hanging in the closet (which is a sliding door that is shared with the closet). As we were packing, the bathroom door was open so the closet door was closed and I missed the jacket when checking out. Called the hotel at 7:30am the next day. The jacket wasn't turned in to lost & found. No one had checked into the room but when they checked, the jacket wasn't in the closet and the housekeeping staff hadn't seen it. I know I hung it up, I didn't wear it and it didn't come home so the hotel must be haunted with ghosts who take stuff out of the closets.

Staff was so friendly and helpful especially Karen at tge front desk! Breakfast was nice. Rooms very clean and updated. Only downfall was the hot tub was out of service

All of the staff was very friendly.

The room was comfortable and clean, however the shower head had almost no water pressure. Enjoyed our stay other than that.

Wish I would have booked with you guys the day before because I had to stay at the comfort inn and that place was just scary. I very much enjoyed my stay it was A wonderful experience absolutely friendly staff.
