Room was spacious and clean. They provided a lot of space to store your stuff (closet, plenty drawers, etc). It seemed the window could not be opened, but they provided an air humidifier.... No info about coinlaundry, I had to find one myself which was about 15-20 minutes away from the hotel.... That was kind of inconvenient....

So far so good, hotel same with price, but they have the massage chairs in the room so nice.

The location of the hotel is good, just 5min. walk from Sapporo station, while in the silent circumstance. I was surprised with an excellent automatic massage chair, which I haven't found in other business hotels that I stayed. Everything in the hotel was good other than light switches, which are not placed on the ordinary position on the walls nor bedside.

The hotel is located near Sapporo station. However, The way was a little confusing as I went through it once. The building is smaller than expected, staffs were honest ordinarily though. It's was good point for me that free change of towels were available. So I don't need to worry about the number of them and I spent comfortable time in shower.

Equipped massage chair in each room. I visited in early september, so room was slightly hot even when air conditionaer was working.

I think this hotel is for business man. There are no Koreans. Only Japaness, Chinese My room was double bed room. There is a massage chair, microwave, coffe port, hair dryer and Free WIFI. This room is smaller than you think. Here is JAPAN ^^ Enjoy your trip.

Hotel is walking distance to JR station. Friendly staff and nice massage chair in the room. Relief leg and body pain after long walk day time. Parking is available at the hotel if you drive. The hotel do provide simple breakfast.

5 mins walk to Sapporo Station. Clean room and the room is bigger than I expected, bigger than the hotel room in Tokyo. There is even microwave and a massage chair in the room.

Although the hotel was tucked away at a less-popular spot in Sapporo, it was still within a 5 minutes walking distance from the main Sapporo area and subway lines. The staff were super helpful and went the extra mile to find and print information when I needed some help with alternative ways to get to the airport instead of riding the JR. The room I had was clean and exceeded my expectations with a massage chair and microwave oven. I was also given a nice DHC beauty kit. Breakfast was simple and decent as well. Overall, a great value for money hotel.

Hotel is near to all shopping malls and yet is not noisy at all. Hotel room is clean and comfortable. There staff are friendly and helpful.

This hotel is located beside the railway JR, so I could't open the window. I have to protect my privacy with a curtain. And the other problem is the very humble breakfast, which is so simple, just japanes meal with a few side dishies or bread-egg meal is the other option, that's it, that's all. It must help only hungry guests. The third problem is the only one towel for one room everyday. The regular standard in the other hotel service, is that the two towel for one guest in a room, but not in this hotel Live Max. I don't understand why I dry my body with the used towel once again.

However we had only overnight stay, we had surprise breakfast for next morning which was very nice. There is Shiatsu-massage machine in our room, and it was free of charge.

Everything is perfect except for one thing.You have to walk quite a bit from the train station.But everything else is already perfect.

The location of the hotel was a little of the side and was slightly difficult to find without any gps/maps services. The hotel staff were welcoming and very nice. The included breakfast was nice as it meant I didn't have to find a location for breakfast.
