Just a one night stay while in transit. Very comfortable and nice.

Great lobby and nice service from staff. However, plumbing in the hotel was poor. Hot water was not available at times. I had to change rooms. In the second room, the toilet flush stopped working

Would never stay again hardly anybody spoke English, service in the restaurants id as bad as i have seen traveling the world in 40 years and nonAlcohol sold at the hotel

at the very end of our stay (3 weeks time) we found a used/dirty/soiled white underwear in the top shelf of our room closet.

First it’s hard to find the entrance to the hotel if you are driving .
Second there is no sign from the basement to show where is the reception .
Third the hotel needs renovation and maintenance specially in the air conditioner.
But the staff are helpful , very friendly and professional.
Also hotel in good location.

it was amazing stay everything was perfect , service & cleaning , all staff was so helpful, good food & excellent quality, room was so comfortable & i am sure i will come again .

The hotel is in a very nice location for business traveler next to several banks and international companies. The bed is comfortable, clean, but you need to ask specifically for non-smoker room. The breakfast is good and there is a nice restaurant on the property.
What i didn't like is tge lax employee attidue about COVID-19. So although tge hotel lists several precautions on there website many are ignored by the employee. Housekeeper go in the rooms without masks and servant at the restaurant don't wear masks or pull it down to their chin. I noticed one maskless employee touching food with his bare hand. I raised these concerns with hotel managment and they promised to fix them but i kept noting the same issues.

The hotel is very nicely decorated and furnished. However, just about everything needs deep cleaning and lots of maintenance. The staff are friendly. However, they clearly need a considerable amount of training on customer service.

A fine place to stay if you’re doing business especially in the New Cairo district

Nothing was special , i was hospitalised in the hospital next to them for 3 days and they knew. When i asked to extend my stay by 2 days as i have to go to hospital on daily basis , when i explained that to the person in charge he refused , without even trying to help me somewhere else. He told me you have to c./ o , if you are in trouble they will not help you out

They took an hour to service any request.
The breakfast absolutely sucked.
The room was dirty when first checked in.
There was no heating system for room so it was cold.
The only thing that was good was the gym.

A solid hotel in New Cairo. My first time to stay outside of downtown Cairo's downtown area.
Front office staff need more training, but the rooms are fine for an Egyptian hotel. Breakfast is a highlight with an egg station and a wide selection of goodies.

The room was filthy. Staff doesn't understand English. I tried to call the front disk for 10 minutes and no answer. I went downstairs and the front desk person claimed the phone was not ringing!. I asked to check the phone in the room and they sent a guy 20 minutes later with no name tag looked like an intruder. Food is terrible and flies everywhere. Guests smoke in the hallway with no consideration to others. Terrible experience !
