I loved my ocean view. The hotel is nicely decorated. And my bed very comfortable. Breakfast was very limited but the lounge again had an amazing view. Will definitely book again.

The location is beautiful, especially if you get the ocean view from your hotel room! The staff member that checked me in was pleasant and nice. The rooms are pretty outdated and the beds are way too soft! You sink into them and if you sleep with another person you lean in to one another. I’m not sure if they are all like that, or if it just happened to be the beds in my room! If you’re not particular about the room or beds this place is definitely worth it to me!

Our room had a fantastic view of the harbour where cruise ships go by. The lady at reception was very friendly. The breakfast area was well maintained and the food similar to many other hotels. Very good value for the price.

This hotel was a wonderful surprise, it is clean, lovely lounge/breakfast area, wonderful view. Rooms are great and clean. Management and staff are doing a great job!

Our room was very clean and comfortable. Seems it’s mid renovation as the bathroom was dated, but the beds seemed newer. The service was great! Would visit again!

For me, the only place to stay in Prince Rupert. Well-appointed rooms with great views and soundproofing. The complimentary breakfast has a big selection and is brilliantly hosted by Christine. All the staff are so friendly and helpful.

A super place to stay, we had arrived from Prince George on the VIA Rail train and the Inn on the Harbour was just right. A little expensive, the breakfast wasn’t great and the noise from the rail track was intrusive. Overall I’d recommend it.

I have stayed here several times. My latest trip seemed like the hotel is getting outdated for washrooms. Broken toilet, scuffed walls and aging flooring. The rest of my room was decent

The room smelled like smoke. Paid to upgrade to a water view room, and the second room still smelled like smoke. Carpets and furniture were probably holding the smells, since sheets were clean. Disappointing for the price paid.

We chose this hotel because of the excellent reviews online. The hotel is super clean, bedding and towels are new. Check in was very quick. We arrived with other people all together at mid night by BC ferry to Prince Rupert. The front desk was well prepared for our arrival. They have a nice breakfast at an ocean front room. The lady was nice to serve us the food. Beside the hotel is a shopping mall.
We will definitely recommend this place to our friends.

Rented a harbour view room, which was nice. The room though was “clean” when you walked in. You can tell that things aren’t moved to be cleaned and our bathroom the tub looked as if it was rinsed out and not washed out. There was dried soap residue on the tub walls. So we didn’t use the shower. Comfy bed though.

Excellent stay for a night. Extremely clean. Room had a great water view. Good amount of marine life can be seen just by sitting inside the room. Room and bathroom interiors were very impressive. Well maintained hotel. Take-away breakfast available and it was fresh and awesome. This place is a gem. Highly recommended.
