The pool was out of service and they did nothing to accomodate that. Also i called that the tv wasnt working they said they would cime up and never did. My autistic son fixed it

The hotel quiet, clean, and located in a beautiful area with restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The staff was exceptional during our stay and always greeted us as we were leaving or coming back.

My stay was nice. Besides the shampoo and conditioner dispenser falling off as soon as I checked in only to see they were held up by tape. Maintenance came up to put it back and said if it fell again to leave it down until we check out. Hotel staff was super friendly the pool was great and everything else were super clean the gentleman who checked us in was also amazing.

Love to stay here as this hotel is pretty close to restaurants and entertainment spots, breakfast is complimentary which is a plus the only complaint I have this time around was the temperature of the breakfast could have been warmer but other than that, no other complaints and I will book here again when in the area!

The young man that checked me I really found him to be a bit unfriendly. I ALSO had a MAJOR issue with the fact that the toilet in the room was clogged from the start and there wasn’t a plugger in the bathroom which I thought was just DUMB. You have a toilet but no plugger, so I went and bought one. The customer shouldn’t have to go to the front desk or call to ask for a plugger. Thats an inconvenience, embarrassing and nasty.

The deadbolt on my door would not work and the door would not shut all the way by weight only if pulled so would fine door open often

Housekeeping was somewhat annoying. While I do understand that they have a job to do each morning, knocking on the door every 30 minutes is disrespectful. Guest know when check out is.

Very basic. No lotion, shower cap,tissue, etc. Breakfast was terrible. Out of dark roast coffee, no eggs, hash browns, They were obviously not ready to serve at 8:30 am. People standing and wait for food

I liked everything about my room except for the shower design. Im afraid that in the attempt to be more "modern " youve lost the true function of providing a warm relaxing shower. The fact that i couldn't close my shower door felt so invasive and cold.

Our stay at the Hamilton inn & suites in Atlanta was a great experience! Ms Dawn and Ms Stephanie were great front desk employees! These ladies need a big raise! Service, food, and accommodation plus our room was great!!
