I expected cheap and I got more than that. Typical things for the cheapest hotel in Sonoma County: stains on sheets and comforters, broken/chipped paint and all kinds of items, tweakers roaming at all hours. What crossed the line for me was my room waa freezing, so I went to turn on the heater. Thing looks like it's 50 years old. When I turn it on it started smelling really bad like ozone and making a loud annoying buzz. Left it on for 5 minutes but the smell got worse and I shut it off. Temp got down to the low 40s outside if I remember correctly. Not sure of temp in the room, but I was cold.

I like the comfortable bed. They also have a microwave and refrigerator in each room . It was quiet and comfortable. Great price

The room really needs a paint job!!!! I suggested this to the desk lady when I checked out. Bed was good!!

I would never recommend this place to anyone unless its an emergency. The front desk clerk were unattentive, doesn't speak English, unrpofessional, rude. The room itself rig of CIGARETTE SMELL!!! The condition of the entire room was horrendous! The price was not reasonable at all.

It was fine. The rooms are very small. The bathrooms are tiny. It's very close to a lot of stuff so if you just need an affordable place to rest, it will do. Don't expect any frills or amenities.

Reserved a king size bed and got 2 barely sized queens. No one vacuumed the carpet. Parking a challenge. Seemed better in pic online. Residents were partying outside our room the entire night. We checked out at 5am. Never again.

It was a great stay, I call ahead of time before arriving to secure a room and they had it ready to go.

This hotel is right off the freeway for great access, but also road noise. My room was on the road side. I requested a smoke free room, there was a stifling strong smell of smoke. The room was perhaps clean but it was beat up pretty bad. It is a good lesson for me to stay above 3 stars. Thankfully I was by myself. NO way my wife would've stayed.

Supposed t be non-smoking but was not. The 513 smelled of old smoke. Hot and cold water was reversed. No wash cloth. sink cracked. Bath tub damaged. Mattress worn out - not flat.

Place had roaches and they could care less.

Free breakfast is listed as an amenity at property but they don't provide breakfasts. Listing needs to be corrected in Expedia

Very nice staff, good rates

first night the shocker, room had dirty walls stained, the fridge not working coffee pot was dirty. the second day my room was not cleaned, and I felt unsafe. people outside smoking weed and alcohol consumption got noisy and I had to leave the next morning because I was stopped by some man in the night asking about my car info. will not be staying ever again in this place.

A very dirty place that took our money. We asked for our money back immediately after checking the room and asking for clean sheets. The sheets they gave us were dirty with stains and smell really bad. They denied us getting our refund. DO NOT STAY HERE! Front desk does not care about taking care of you do not waste your time or money here!

I traveled with children and we got a non smoking room with my son who's got life threatening severe asthma. The room reeked like cigarettes.

The owner operators and their staff were nice, kind, and personable.

Too many people in Rv’s in the parking lot

This is exactly what it says, BUDGET. Im not sure where the income from this property is going but I can tell you where its not going. Its NOT going towards exterminating cockroaches that were in our room, cleaning the rooms or changing the cigarette burnt sheets, to fixing our room door lock; that we could only open by getting staff from the front desk to walk us to the room with the master fob, the “breakfast included” that we never saw and likely not going to the staff that work very hard. It has all the basics but we would not stay here again.

Horrible experience. Car alarms were going off throughout the night. Other tenants were yelling at each other and slamming doors throughout the night. The room wasn’t very clean the TV didn’t work.

This hotel is NOT as advertised. Rooms are dirty, and the staff is HORRIBLE. Got our room, toilet leaked. They said there were no other smoking rooms as I requested. They the hotel didn't want to refund my $100 deposit. Somehow, they found me a room, but the place was filthy, TV didn't work (had to call maintenance, which took 45 mins), and the sink leaked. Will NEVER stay here again.

Noisy, Staff not helpful, Office Locked & grounds and walks were filthy. No Breakfast as advertised. Room was fairly clean.

I think this hotel is a homeless shelter. People outside their rooms that seemed to be living there. The smell of pot permeated the air. Room was ok. Tub looked dirty. Am breakfast did not exist. Front desk did even try to apologize for not having a breakfast as advertised. Definitely not worth the $125/night. When I walked into the room thought I’d be better off sleeping in my car. People hanging out in the parking lot. Kept looking out the window to make sure no one was breaking into my car. The surrounding area was nicer than where I was staying.

They had construction people living in units. They were drunk and knocked on our door two times. A lot of noise and not safe. There were cameras right in front of where this was going on so I know the staff could see. The safety chain on the door was broken half way off.
