well run, comfortable hotel; excellent and friendly service at reception, in restaurant, and room maintenance when needed; very good breakfast; everything in impeccable shape (except the carpets may need replacing in the not too distant future to keep up with the rest - a minor criticism);

Hotel was bright, modern. Food was excellent. Staff very helpful and multi lingual. But two negatives - 1. The hotel is not in the city centre as stated. It takes 30 minutes walk! 2. The carpets were filthy! They did try to clean the ones in our room when we asked and they were apologetic but someone needs to CLEAN the place!!

Recently renovated, clean, perfect location. Stayed 5 nights in Junior suite, specious room with good wifi and all you need amenities. Friendly stuff and excellent service in restaurant and front desk.

This hotel is located on the busy noisy street without parking space. We were told to park our car in front of the hotel , but it can only accommodate 3 cars and they had no space . We ended up parking in front of some grocery store. The room was smaller than on the picture. It was clean with paper thin walls. After shower the water was on the bathroom floor ( they don't have a sliding glass door). The only good thing about this hotel is breakfast buffet. Food was delicious and high quality. The location is not great for walking to major tourist destinations. Overall , I would not recommend staying there if you have a car to park and need to stay more than 1 night.

In general, the hotel is nice and the service was fine. I stayed at the hotel in a single room that was very small but compact, and the bed was really narrow. It is not located in the center but it takes walking time of 15 -20 minutes to get there. The breakfast was good but again the space for taking food is so narrow that sometimes it was impossible to take food.

Good hotel. The windows faced to the streets and it was pretty noisy during the night.

Hotel is nice and in good area. Staff was friendly. I thought I had booked thru Hotels.com and paid upfront. When I checked out, they told me I needed to pay. Since I had not paid up front, they charged me more than what my rate would have been thru Hotels.com. I was not happy. They did a good job up to that point. Lost my future business over $40.

Hotel in hood location, good restaurant on ground floor. Nice and friendly staff

The location is ok, not in the immediate city centre but in walking distance from major points. Breakfast is great. On the first day room was clened and on the second- they skipped our room for some reason. In the restaurant we only tried chicken soup, which is rather unusual but good, on a second attempt it took 40 minutes and one angry mum to finally obtain the soup for the kid. Otherwise staff is nice and the hotel can be recommended.

We were there for almost a week. There was a big enough selection for breakfast but I wished that there were some changes to the breakfast. After 3 days of the same breakfast offerings, I was ready for a different breakfast menu. The room was comfortable enough, but tv channels were geared toward news. Not much for English-speaking entertainment if you are looking for movie channels to relax. We were on the 7th floor and you can definitely hear traffic noises. It is less noisy during the weekends. The employees are very friendly, they are helpful and was able to help me with several concierge needs. We had a drink at the restaurant on one of the nights, and after that night, the particular credit card we used was unfortunately skimmed.

Hotel was central, close to public transport town within 10 -15 min walking distance. Room was clean and house keeping daily. Breakfast buffet included with accommodation was excellent providing a variety of breakfast options. Most staff were friendly and helpful mainly the male staff however female staff do not provide the best customer service experience as they are too busy on their cell phones therefore to not provide their full attention to customer queries. Laundry service TOO expensive!! quoted per item in USD. No complimentary coffee & tea in rooms... this is the first hotel in all years of travel which I have come across who have no complimentary tea & coffee in rooms. A lot of street noise if room window is open. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

quick stay. not a luxury property but adequate.

Highly recommended hotel, well-furnished and competitively priced, half an hour's walk from Freedom Square and located within easy reach of Old Town Tbilisi and most areas of visitor interest. Great food, drink, shopping, and entertainment within a few minutes' walk. Staff is friendly and helpful and most speak better English than staff in some U.S. hotels. Complimentary breakfast is good; restaurant is okay for dinner, seems mostly to cater to Russians in terms of cuisine, and some of the wait staff have a tendency to stare at you if you're the only one around. Yes, it's right on a busy street, but I didn't find the noise to be terribly problematic (though I was on the 7th floor; those on lower levels might be affected more).

This is a small hotel in the heart of town with great service. The breakfast buffet is not to be missed. I will stay here on my next trip to Tbilisi.

This has become my hotel of choice. The rooms are nicely decorated, clean and modern. The breakfast area is not big but it has a lot of variety. Dinner menu in the restaurant is nice and has variety. The service is great.
