Very nice property and staff. We stayed in room 104 which is directly above the office. The view from our room above the office was right on the water. The suite was new and clean. We had a sweeping view of the harbor and the ferry terminal. Lots of animal life in the harbor water. The shower stall is not suitable for a large individual. This wasn't an issue for us but could be for some. The only issue we had was the internet service in the room. It kept cutting out. However, stepping out on the deck solved the issue. Therefore, there was something blocking the signal inside the room. And there's no way the staff could know about it unless one were to spend a night. An inexpensive solution would be to install an extender inside the room or directly below. The Inn was the perfect place for our last night on the Outer Banks. We only wish we could have stayed another night.

The rooms and decor are older, but very clean. The bed was super firm, but comfy. The pillows were flat. The water pressure was great, and there was plenty of hot water. The staff was friendly and had plenty of recommendations for dining and places to visit. I would stay here again.

Located on the waterfront of the Silver Lake harbor with beautiful views from the windows. We were able to launch our SUP boards right off their dock. Walkable to restaurants, stores and sites - and not far from the beach. Yeah, nice place.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and the views were beautiful. The staff and service were excellent. Recommend this place to everyone we know who would visit Ocracoke.

Fantastic stay at the Ocracoke Harbor Inn. We lucked out and got Suite 401. What a treat. One of the cleanest rooms I have ever stayed in. The view of the lake was amazing. All in all a terrific stay. We will definitely be back.

The property was extremely well kept. The staff were really great. Answered all questions with a smile. The breakfasts were well done. I found a shirt that i wanted but not the right size but they will get one for me. We highly recommend OHI and will be back.

Right on lake in center of community - all rooms facing lake. Nice contenental breakfast. . Very clean uptodate facility.. Close by shopping and restaurants but off commercial traffic.

We had a wonderful experience here. The room was so clean and spacious. The inn was very close to near by restaurant’s and shops. Across the street was a beautiful view of the harbor. We will definitely be returning!

Great location with a fantastic view of the harbor. Ocracoke is amazing. Unspoiled beaches, great restaurants and it’s quiet! The hotel is right in the middle, they rent bikes and golf carts. We took the early ferry and were able to pick up a cart at 10 to drive around the village before our room was ready. Truly the only issue I had with the room was it was a little dated and didn’t have any USB hubs but I’m not letting that affect my review, just don’t forget your wall chargers. I would definitely stay here again when I return to what I think is now my favorite beach town. If you have 4x4 make sure you get the pass to drive on the beach, we didn’t do it this time but next time I’ll definitely bring my truck.

The staff went above and beyond. We extended our stay at the last moment which required moving to another room. All we had to do was have our belongings packed, sitting by the door and the staff moved our things into our new room while we enjoyed exploring the island. We came back to our new room with all our things waiting on us.

We had a very brief stay. We came in after 9pm and left at 630am the next morning. I called the night of check in to let them know we would be late and they were very accommodating. I really appreciate the freezer part of the mini fridge. In the morning I simply put the key in the drop box. The only thing that would make it better is if they started breakfast earlier than 745, or had some grab and go options available. We were catching the 730 am ferry which we had to arrive at 7. Nothing is open that early, luckily we had snacks, but we were not fully prepared for the early pm closures and late openings of businesses.

This is a beautifully maintained property with a stellar view!! Our room was sparkling clean and had a private balcony with a gorgeous view of Silver Lake harbor and a stunning sunset every evening. We rented bikes here, as well, and they were in excellent condition. Continental breakfast was very good each morning, and you can eat it on the deck at the harbor. Do yourself a favor and stay at this lovingly-maintained, quaint beach inn on Ocracoke.
