250 Main Hotel is an exceptional experience. The facility goes well beyond the basics in providing their guests with a comfortable and memorable stay. It is one of the friendliest and most well appointed hotels I have ever visited. They see to every detail, from outstanding water pressure in the shower, to the beautiful art on the walls. The building itself is architecturally ammazing. Every hotel should be like this.

We really appreciated how friendly the front desk staff was during our stay -- arrival, helping us with a glass of wine later in the night, and then departure -- always greeted with a smile. The hotel is new and really nicely designed. Our room which was a cozy was actually huge. Bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. The bathroom has heated floors which is awesome. We loved our stay and look forward to returning!

Huge room, very high ceilings! Well kept, great view to the ocean even from a room on the backside of the hotel. Staff at checkin very nice and helpful. Bathroom has heated floors! It fronts Main Street as the address suggests and that’s a very busy roadway…parking is a real problem.

Excellent hotel in downtown Rockland. Fantastic views of the bay, walking distance to restaurants, bars, shopping, Strand Theater, etc. Staff were very friendly, attentive & helpful. Fantastic and highly recommend!

Amazing hotel, very clean with several nice touches-complimentary afternoon wines and cheese and light breakfast in the lobby daily. Rooms are spacious with luxurious shower and amenities . Everything very neat and organized. Absolutely recommend 250 Main !!

The 250 Mail hotel was really lovely. Clean, comfortable with a great view from the rooftop. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hallways are also an art gallery. I loved their focus on reducing waste. Free breakfast snacks in the morning were healthy and more than enough to get your day started. If you’re staying in Rockland, I would highly recommend it.

The hotel itself is nice, updated and clean. Staff was excellent. We choose the area accidentally while meaning to book in Camden. Rockland did have more to offer restaurant and gallery wise. Unfortunately, the hotel is situated on a very loud street and traffic woke us up at dawn. You could also hear the doors around your room open/close. Overall, I do not think it was worth the price of the room.

The rooms are amazing and very modern. Our room had a partial ocean and street view. We went during the Lobster Festival, so you could hear the music that was playing until they stopped. There was a rainfall shower head in the shower area. I love those. They also have a social hour from 4-6 where you can get a free glass of wine or craft beer, they serve cheese and crackers during this time. They have a light continental breakfast and offer filtered water to fill your water bottles up with. The bathroom amenities included shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower area. The only con is during any festivals you can not park in their regular parking area, you have to park offsight, about a 5-10 minute walk and there is only one spot to park your car to load and unload your luggage in front of the hotel, as long as someone is not parked there.

We had a fantastic stay at 25 Main. Colby’s communication before we arrived was much appreciated. Orlando gave us such a warm welcome even though it was late at night when we arrived. The hotel was so clean and well-presented. And the room, including the sheets and toiletries, was excellent. And even on a cloudy day, the view from the rooftop is lovely.

We had a great visit. We booked 250 Main just as a pass through hotel on our way to Bar Harbor. Other than going to Archers on the Pier for dinner and Hole in the Wall Bagels for breakfast based on recommendations from friends who formerly lived in Rockland we didn't expect much. The hotel upon arrival had a great modern feel and the staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. Our friends who also booked a room had the same feeling as we did. The rooms had an open feel and so many areas of the hotel were well thought out. We even visited the roof top deck to take in the view. Hard to put into words our pleasurable stay and all the little extra touches. Great job to 250 and the staff.

250 Main Hotel is chic and eco-friendly all at the same time. The staff is gracious and welcoming, and the amenities (wine tasting, snacks, morning coffee, etc.) are all of the highest quality, and thoughtfully presented. Sleek, modern design, but all of it executed with comfort in mind. A really extraordinary level of hospitality -- not often found in a tourist destination like Rockland.

Loved this hotel! My waterfront view was amazing. Staff told me about Archers restaurant nearby and it was great maine seafood. Was so happy with rockland versus Camden. But the hotel needs a better ev charger for non-Tesla cars - a level 3 faster charger. I charged on free eastern tire charger all night- 8 hours. Thank you to eastern tire!

Absolute Perfection. Jillian and Mackenzie were absolute perfect hosts, and the hotel itself is beautifully maintained and cosy. Every detail was perfect, down to the decor, comfy bed, spotless room, lux amenities and beautiful juicy pears at breakfast (where did you get those?) I am excited to visit multiple times throughout the year for work. A home away from home. A perfect stay in every way. Thank you!

Impeccable! The hotel is modern, but eclectic and fun. I loved the heated bathroom floors, and the bed was so comfortable. They were clearly focused on sustainability, by offering refillable glass bottles for their water bar, and putting brown paper bags in the closet vs. the standard plastic bag. It’s the small details that make a hotel great, and the 250 didn’t miss a thing.

The location is excellent. The entrance to the hotel is a bit hard to distinguish upon arrival, and parking to load or unload can be a challenge. Parking overnight however is very convenient, as well as being free. The public spaces are very nice, with a showcase of art that is for sale. The rooms are very nice as well. The ocean views from the balcony rooms are amazing. We experienced two issues during our stay. The first was the entertainment system. It is a streaming system that requires a login and password to activate. It froze, needed to be repeatedly rebooted by the staff, and was ultimately a big disappointment. The second issue was a direct result of high winds during a storm. The whistling noise coming through the windows was extreme enough to keep us awake.

Lovely hotel. Very modern, clean, comfortable. Loved the bathroom, shampoos and soaps, the breakfast in the morning was full of organic/natural foods. The only feedback I’d offer is that for the price of the room, and the quality of everything else, the mattress was pretty soft and didn’t feel as high quality as I’d have expected. Would still recommend, great experience overall.

Beautiful mid-century accommodation right on Main Street, across from nice harbor walking trail. Staff and facilities excellent and friendly. No parking on site, we went off season so not really a problem but may be different when busy. Nice selection for breakfast, no kitchen or bar which was disappointing but bars/restaurants close by. Overall a nice experience.
