This is a scam. Booked. When arrived NO ROOM. THEN billing was DOUBLE with booking fee. Billed it 2x at $ bookong wont allow me to show how they doubled the price. . Hidden pricing saying the add on was taxes etc. Will be filing fraud complaint. Facility was nice but i would have slept in the road for that unbelievable amount of money Not staff fault

Difficult to get to. No one seems to know where it is. Confusing whether to book domestic (before you check in) or international (after you check in to your flight). Delays getting to your room (paper register 3x plus bag scan plus long walk). The place smells and feels damp and moldy, though the bed and shower good. Restaurant convenient, gym adequate. Shower is either cold or scalding. Internet down half the time. Main convenience is you are in the airport and can walk right down to check in to your flight

We lost our money as this inside T3 after security check-in. Not for folks who are not flying out of T3 or want to be stuck in hotel room. This was not made clear

Check in process was bit pain due to security gate clearance procedures. It’s not avoidable but it took long time to check in to my room. Room was small and old amenity. This hotel is design for only transit passengers so I understand that there are not any luxury arrangement but price of $185 will not justify. I don’t think I’ll use it again.

The staff & convenience were great and the food was good. The rooms are small and everything is painted black (including the hallways) so they felt smaller. The amount of black and the low ceilings gives the hotel a foreboding feeling. Make sure you call the day before so you can learn how to connect with the escort who is required to get you to the hotel.

This hotel should not be booked at all by Hotels.com. First, it is located inside the airport. The security at the gate will not let any customer reach the hotel unless one is accompanied by the Hotel staff. The hotel staff does not pick up the phone. I stood for an hour outside the airport trying to reach the hotel staff. Once a customer enters the hotel, they cannot leave the hotel to go and have dinner. I could not receive my wife who was joining me on another flight. She also had the same experience trying to get into the hotel. The security made it like a visit to a jail instead of a hotel.

Staff was very helpful, particularly at checking in. Nawab Shah was extremely helpful in efficient in the check in process and navigating through security and into the hotel, and helping me in my room. What a great way to start my trip in India

The hotel is very conveniently located inside the T3 premises with the staff available to receive the guests at the pick up point. They escort the guests to the hotel check-in counter taking care of all the security measures needed on the way. I was received at the gate by Mr Adnan who was very professional and efficient. He made sure the security processes on the way to the hotel are duly completed quickly so that I could avail maximum rest time in the room as my arrival flight had got delayed to late night for which my stay hours were very limited. As my departing flight was early morning for which I had to checkout before the breakfast start time, he also provided the option to package the breakfast which was much appreciated. I would recommend thw hotel for a hassle free rest time for transit passengers.

The hotel is inside the airport and convenient.

It's a nice place to spend the night instead of being stuck at the airport terminal all night. Just make sure you pick the right one. We decided international since we were coming from out of the country, but that was incorrect since we had a final flight locally, so we had to wait a little while the staff changed things around

Extremely convenient.

Conveniently located within the airport, rooms were clean, food was great, breakfast was awesome & the staff were very helpful especially Anand Chaudary & Akash. Anand went above and beyond not only to assist us in the hotel but helped us with our connecting flight issues & stayed with us until we checked in for our flight. He was very polite, well mannered and a perfect person to be in the service industry, thank you Anand for all your help.

Excellent for quick departure from airport but bureaucrcay to actually get in was daunting.

No one answer the phone at the reception. So was very hard to get through security Not much fruit breakfast Non enough Vegetarian Options

Great place to stay for a long layover at the delhi airport

Suhrithik was very helpful and friendly. Only thing is slow wifi & needs stronger blind curtains to block out the bright lights from courtyard. Also the corner room was next to housekeeping closet & got disturbed by workers so try & avoid that room assignment

While the location/proximity to airport was very convenient, the check-in process was undesirable due to lack of and/or no communication. When making my reservation, I followed their instructions for providing my flight information & called 24-hours prior to arrival per their instructions. However, never received a reply to my emails sent 3 weeks prior and phone calls went unanswered. Finally, 2 hours before my check-in, I was able to reach someone on the phone. At that time I was given instructions on what door to enter at the airport and to call again once I was there. I called upon my arrival to the waiting area and I waited 30 minutes for the hotel escort to arrive. From time of check-in to checkout, we had 6 hours to get some rest/sleep before our flight. We’ll they have us a room by the lobby so we had maybe 1 hour sleep due to the noisy & loud people in the lobby & hallway. So if you’re planning a to stay here, request a room far away from the lobby, if you need to get some sleep. Also, if you’d Breakfast is included but you have an early flight that doesn’t allow you time to have breakfast, it would be nice if they offered a take-away breakfast sandwich or something comparable. I’ve had this offer from a hotel before. It wasn’t a Holiday Inn, but it was a very nice option/offer.

The worst. It’s only only only for transit passengers. I had to waste my booking. I was told to contact Expedia to cancel, & that’s as easy as having tea with Kign Charles! Everything so unclear and vague on Expedia. Shame shame.

You can not go out once you are in. They make you wait for a long time to go inside..

The location of the hotel is very convenience, We stay there because we had an early flight from Delhi to Dubai. The employees were courteous and helpful. Definitely this hotel Is highly recommended

The only saving grace was the quality of dinner included in booking and the courtesy provided by the staff at the airport terminal. The bed was creaking, first place where i found the English toilet was tilted, the bathroom floor was slippery (which is a hazard)

We couldnt check-in as the hotel accepts only customersthat are in-transit. It's horrible to say the least, that they dont have this important detail on their website. My 70-year old mother had to spend the night in the airport lounge. They should be making a lot of money pulling this con job on people.

Kind staff. 24 hour food. Felt safe. Clean rooms. Hallways could use updating. I like staying at the airport instead of having to leave and come back for my connections.

This was my second stay in three years. Friendly staff. They go above and beyond expectations. The hotel is conveniently located and clean. Will definitely return in future.
