Room 27, pet room I guess.
The faucets in the bathtub need fixing, free turning, a lot of fumbling to get to work.
A/C was good, bed comfortable.
No one around at desk when I left to let know of issues.

The motel was a bit older but very clean and the concierge was super friendly. The dogs were also very happy.

We are a family of five with small children (the smallest is two years old).The check-in was fast and the staff were very friendly. The rooms were very clean.
The location was very convenient, only two blocks away away from Hope memorial park and near many of the popular local restaurants such as Hope Mountain Cafe, Blue Moose Coffee House, and Rolly's (right across the street). We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this motel.

The room design was very suitable for our group of 5 people. The separate room was a bonus. We arrived late and left very early the next morning, so the price point was appealing and hotel was adequate for our needs.

We checked in, went for dinner then came back. No hot water! We talked the the front desk and he said it was fixed. We then had to wait for about 5+ minutes every time we turned the water on for it to get hot. Not ideal for $155 a night. Won't stay there again. Dirty socks behind the headboard as well.

Property is very old and has never been kept up. Any attempts at repairs (holes on wall, flooring, bathtub faucet) are just that, attempts. The cleanliness is non-existent and we were hesitant to take our shoes off inside. Sadly, it was the only place in Hope that would allow pets. We were happy to leave this town.

This place is a disaster.
Solid rust stairs, filthy office.
Pool hasn’t operated in years, Ice machine down, loud party neighbours…
Hopes hotels are all old and in bad condition but this one tops them all.

No pool. We only booked for the pool. It was empty and had stuff stored all around it. Staff was friendly, place was clean, AC barely worked and did not cool down the room at all. We just sat and dropped sweat until we fell asleep.

No bath towels very old facility bathroom had a sulfur smell! I would never stay here again!

Booked hoping for a pool, which was not told was closed until check in. Found the office in complete disarray. Zero effort put into the office to seem like it was even an office. My daughter pointed out while we were waiting for service something in a basket in the office in plain sight which ended up being an adult toy!

From the moment we checked in, we were disappointed. Run down office, attendant didn’t speak English. Booked for the pool, which was closed/not cared for. Sheets were stained with a hand written note to inform us they “were clean” surely a run down hotel charging these prices could afford NEW linens. Overall room was dirty, and there were drug addicts all around coming and going all night. Tried getting some sort of discount for the conditions as we weren’t able to find any other accommodations on such short notice. Hotel wouldn’t offer anything to make our stay more enjoyable. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Hotel owner canceled our stay before we arrived. Did not have room, but was going to cancel someone else so we could have room. We declined. Had to travel 2 hours to find other accommodations. Communication/language issues. Hotel is old, very unclean, with junk piled everywhere, and has an unpleasant smell. Don’t stay here.

one-level motel which is nice. We ran a/c only on FAN and it was not noisy. remote control was essential because the a/c unit was near ceiling. problem with slippery tub/shower...no handlebars or handholds. no rubber mat to use....one of us slipped while getting into the shower. OUCH! using Expedia to book room went smoothly; clerk in the office did not have adequate proficiency in English language. Nice restaurant across the street is open for all meals; pricing and service was good.

It’s clean, centrally located and the parking lot is fairly secure/well lit.

The building looked like a patchwork and rusty stairs to the room. Faucets were leaking and looked mismatched. The fridge had old yogurts and a half empty pop can in it. The wifi did not work - tv did not connect. The advertised pool and reason why we booked there was not in use and did were told maybe in a few weeks.
It’s noisy and travelling with the baby was not relaxing.

The motel is falling apart and is not properly maintained. The floor is rotting, stained carpets, bugs in light fixtures, broken mirrors, stained linens, pealing wall paint, cracked countertops and dirty.

Very friendly owner. Motel is in very convenient location, lots of parks and restaurants closed by in this downtown Hope area. Room is very tidy and quiet. Don’t miss to book here

Arrived at 11pm. Office closed and door bell is broken so phoned motel. Beds were comfortable, bathroom is pretty old and dated. Thin walls. Neighbours tv was on and easily heard.

We were more than a little disappointed with this hotel. Our room was nothing like the photos and the hotel appears to be more like an apartment building for long term tenants which made for excess traffic, noise and clutter.
The advertised pool was not available, which was a real disappointment since it was part of the reason we chose this property.
We were in a family suite with a separate bedroom which was nice though the bed in that room feels like a concrete slab.
There are limited outlets in this room as well, glad I happened to have a splitter with me!
Overall I think this room isnt worth more than $80 a night.

The place was full of junk everywhere. The pool was empty of water and full of garbage. The place is nothing like the pictures, the surrounding area is full of garbage and homeless people. We put a chair under the door handle to feel safe with all of the commotion going on. Not sure how the other people gave it such great reviews.

Front door has a knob but no latch mechanism. Place was in desperate need of paint. Thermostat didn’t work so my room was 82 F. Coffee and cups but no coffee maker. Air conditioner didn’t work because the plug had no power. Light in the bathroom had no cover just a bare bulb. Internet didn’t work. Place has an indoor swimming pool with no water in it. Overall a terrible stay.

Stayed there a few times they definitely need the business but I was disappointed they wouldn’t let me check in an hour early and they made me feel like crap for it and really wanted to charge me a lot of money for doing so and they lost me as a customer

We booked a 3-bed unit, the floor plan is very practical and spacious.
The property is kind of old and outdated, but the room is very clean; they have microwave, coffee machine, fridge. The location is the best, quiet and convenient. The stuff is also very nice and helpful. We will stay here if we come to Hope again.

We rented the family suite. Sort of clean but not great. One Kleenex in the box and bed in the bedroom was a rock. Check in was great, he was super helpful and friendly!

The outside are was not very inviting. There was trash around the parking lot and it looked unkept.

The floor by the bathtub Is rotten and sunk when you walked on it. It wasn’t properly sealed and I could only imagine the mold growing under there.
The pool deck had not been cleaned in a long time and was covered in dead flies and dust, which also made the pool feel gross to swim in. The showers and sauna were located in the basement and it smelled so gross down there and very dark and dingy and disgusting.
I could go on but the bottom line is that it is old and gross.

I got a nice room, clean, spacious, it was quiet early in the evening which i was grateful. I was on the bottom level, great for my pet, so i can walk out with her. Overall for the one night I was very comfortable .
