Very bad customer service

We got the cabin with a queen bed. The room was cozy. Problem is you don’t have access to the lobby because it’s across the street and this street is very busy. Difficult to cross on foot. There’s no phone nor hair dryer in the cabin so you cannot access the front desk. Had to check in across the street.
Also we booked it on hotels.com with a price but it says “ pay at hotel”. So when you get to the hotel you have to pay 4% more if you use your credit card BUT if you use cash you save 3%. So odd
Last thing is this hotel is filled with people who sit and drink beers all day. I’m not sure if they live there but there were MANY cases of beer cans all around the garbage bin which was right next to us. We had to ask them to close their huge van doors to get to our parking ( a little uncomfortable).

Had to walk Unsafely across a 4 lane highway to get to office!Broken bathroom door with an digesting ac unit and not working refrigerator!! Carpets were dirty!! Owner was not accommodating and very unprofessional!!

Let me start with this was one of the lesser expensive motels in the area. The room was clean and had a refridgerator and microwave. However, the walls were really thin, and we could hear both neighbors. There was no fan in the bathroom, which meant that it got really steamy after showers. The towels were small and thin. The wifi was spotty at best. There was no cable TV, so you had to stream to watch TV, which was frustrating. And while we got daily housekeeping, the cups, coffee, and creamers were not replenished daily.

I arrived at 8:30pm and was told my reservation had been cancelled. I had to leave and find a place for my husband and I to stay on a Saturday night in June in a resort area! The hotel next door had one room left and we had to spend $100 more! I think this owner gave my room away. It was an awful experience.

2 nights of noise from our neighbors children. After repeated complaints nothing was done. Young children allowed to run rampant from 10:00 pm thru 2:30 am. After telling these people ourselves to quiet down or the police would be called, they finally went to bed. Will not stay again.

This is a very child friendly hotel. The pool, swing set and grilling area were perfect for us traveling with our 3 young children. The only thing I could possibly complain about is that their tv channels were quite limited and really didn't have any young kids programming. But that's a small thing to complain about.

Air conditioner filter was black, mold and mildew in the bathroom. Furniture was old and worn, knobs missing off dressers, mattresses were lumpy.

The lights did not work in the one room. We had adjacent rooms (a family room). There was mold in the shower. The air conditioners were so old they barely worked either. The beds were terrible as well and just so uncomfortable. The rooms to to be updated and cleaned.

i could not stand this place or you guys your customer service was the worse. believe me i will make sure noone goes through this horrible experience, If anyone asks I would never recomend this place or you as a search choice

The owners were very kind and you could tell they really wanted our stay to be the best. The pool was amazing but inside the rooms not so much. The beds were comfy but the bathroom floor was moldy and dingy, and the toilet was almost on the ground it seemed. The TV was small and too far away to enjoy and the refrigerator leaked from the freezer ask over. However all the guests were kind and fun. The grounds were pretty and having the outdoor grills was nice. The rooms just need a total redo!! But I did love the notty pine.

Good location -15 minutes walk to the lake/ budget price. Poor house maintenance, unit #11 has constantly leaking toilet and mold smell (most poorly ventilated rooms has it). I left the message to the voice machine and Unfortunately no response on it.

The property is dated however, the owners are doing their best to keep it clean and maintained. The service was great. The rooms could use some more work. We didn't stay long and I would go back again the service and price outweighed the cons.

Very pleased with our short stay. The 2 bedroom unit we had was perfect for our mix of travelers. All of the grounds were very tidy; pool was immaculate and our unit was very clean as well. The motel was very conveniently located to downtown Lake George. And the staff were very pleasant. The bathroom could have used more lighting and window drapes were fickle but all in all everything was as advertised.

Lovely little independent motel. Decor and design from decades past but everything maintained with love, scrupulously clean, very friendly staff, family and budget friendly. The family that bought it few years ago and has been pouring a lot of TLC into the property aims to attract repeat customers and families. They put me and my husband in “the Dollhouse,” a charming mini cottage unit that is separate from the other rooms, and which they reserve for couples. There’s also an apartment on the property for larger groups.

By the time I arrived I was too tired to do anything/enjoy the area, so I was quitepleased that the vibe/people were so good here -- really helped me relax in peace.If in town, Id definitely stay again (perhaps something to look forward to once a year).

Location is ok, not the very good, clean but a/c is noise, bed are clean, it s a motel not a hotel, I paid $176 for 1 Saturday night, I will stay somewhere else if I have choice available at that moment, my wife she can't sleep at all, 5 star for staff. If you easy to get to sleep, this place is perfect with $60/night

Nice room however no curtain in bathroom and had to put up a towel across the window for privacy. Also had to let shower water run for 10 minutes to get hot water the morning of checkout. Advised when i checked out and no apologies for inconvenience.
