Love this hotel. Atmosphere is always positive. Amenities are the best. Buffet breakfast has everything you need. Wine and cheese at 5:00 is a perk. Will be back in June. Someone taking us in the golf cart and beach chairs to the beach is nice. At night sitting around fire pit with waitress service for drinks.What else can you ask for.

Prime season breakfast is much better than off-season breakfast (and is still delicious). Amenities are excellent!

We just like everything about the place

The Avenue Inn and Spa is a wonderful place to stay in the heart of Rehoboth Beach. A block from the beach, it is in the middle of everything yet very quiet and comfortable. It is extremely clean, very recently renovated and the staff was incredibly nice and attentive. The décor is beautiful, the wine and cheese is wonderful and the buffet breakfast is delicious. Also, the Blue Hen restaurant does not disappoint. We will stay there again for sure...and soon!

I love staying at the Avenue, however this time was not their best. Although the room was great and very clean, the absence of a full-length mirror in my suite was annoying as I had 2 events to attend. The location of my room was also an issue as the people on the floor were quite loud and made no effort to talk quietly, even well past midnight. Finally, breakfast Sunday was a huge disappointment. Getting there at 9:30, there were no fresh omelets, no fruit, very little ham, and even fewer rolls. The garbage cans were so full on both days i had to report it so plates wouldn't be littered all over the floor.

Despite the very bad weather conditions we had a good time.

2 different woman at front desk were curt, not welcoming and non-accommodating

I think Expedia should be clearer about the prperty. There are 2 different motels with similar names, but very different. One has no elevators, parking is difficult and apparently is very noisy. I was fortunate that they switched my reservation to accommodate my needs. AVENUE Inn II is very different!!

This was a great stay for a short holiday get away. The staff were very friendly and the hotel was very clean. The holiday decor was very nice as well. I would very highly recommend this hotel.

Loved all the little touches like wine and cookies and coffee. The front desk staff was incredibly warm and welcoming and accommodating. The room was comfortable although can use some updating. The sauna was dirty so didn't use. Love the chairs on balcony.

Modern property with a professional staff. Convenient to the center of Rehoboth with restaurants, bars and stores all around. Park your car for your stay's duration and don't worry about driving.

Very satisfied with my stay at The Avenue Inn and Spa. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. Room was very clean and looked to be well taken care of. Overall I would stay here again whenever I return to Rehoboth.

Our stay was relaxing and we were very comfortable. We stayed in bldg II which is a walk-up; fine for us, but good to know in advance in case there are health/mobility issues. We look forward to our next visit.

Overall, fantastic and confort

I received a good room rate to stay at this hotel. I lived in Rehoboth for many years I was familiar with the hotel, and location & excited to stay there. The main reason is staying there with use the indoor pool and whirlpool because it was November and me and my friend wanted to relax and unwind. To my disappointment and great surprise I was told I was not staying in the hotel, but in an annex located a half block down the street which look like a motel 6 When asking someone at check inn I want to in main hotel, Thst we wanted to use the indoor pool and spa I was told that I would have to pay additional money, but coukd still use pool and spa just have to walk outside in wet bathing suits half block in November to our other room. I feel this was a great bait and switch and be very careful if booking through 2nd online company

The hotel is very clean and the staff is always very helpful and pleasant. It's walkable to everything and we love staying here!

We loved everything about this hotel: location, staff, free parking, wine and cheese, fire pit and extra bonus with a breakfast. We missed the cookies in the evening and forgot our bathing suits to enjoy the indoor pool. Highly recommend!

The room was clean. I stayed in the motel section. The motel rooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floor. The parking lot for the motel is a tight squeeze but there were not many people in the motel during my stay - which made it easier. The staff was great as was the atmosphere and breakfast at the main hotel - a short walk. I did have a chatty neighbor and I could easily hear people in the rooms adjoining me. I don't think I would like the stay during the busy season as one can hear lots of sounds throughout the day and night (my room faced the main road). I booked the stay to study for a certification exam. That I would book the hotel again says a lot. What's also nice is at this time of year, some stores are open so it's easy to take short walks to get coffee (hotel had good free coffee 24/7 just off the lobby) or a bite to eat (pricey, I think). There's a gym and sauna in the hotel. The gym room isn't huge but its is big enough to use with several people in the room. I didn't use the sauna/spa but plan to look into it with my next stay. Oh, the short walks (10 mins?) to the beach to watch the sunrise and sunset are wonderful. The hotel is 1 to 1.5 blocks away from boardwalk but it's a long block.
