Easy walk to the downtown shops and park. Clean quiet room. Will stay here again

This is the best place we have ever stayed. We love, love love Heirloom Inn. We will be staying there when we visit.

The bed was extremely comfortable. Close to all the shops.

The location was perfect and walkable for shopping and dining. The Inn was clean, very cozy, and comfortable. Beds were super comfortable, and the bathroom was pretty and had plenty of soap. Outside had a lovely sitting area for happy hour or morning coffee. Owners are very pleasant and were attentive to our needs, great communication and quick response to our text messages. Would absolutely recommend this Inn and would definitely stay here again.

Loved our stay at this inn! We stayed in the Opal Suite, 2nd floor unit with two bedrooms, each room with a queen bed. I sleep on a very comfy Purple mattress at home and the beds are just as comfy. So comfy that I overslept the morning of check out lol. Full kitchen in the unit. Bathroom is brand new! Dave went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed and met every request. Tanya our housekeeper was wonderful. Very convenient location, walking distance to the beautiful downtown area. Parking on site. Downtown has plenty of shops, great restaurants, friendly locals. Tony’s chowder house right next door has the best clam chowder I ever had! Lake Dora is beautiful!!! I loved the Heirloom Inn and definitely will be back. Highly recommend this cute quaint inn. This is our second time staying in this property. We love the location, its clean and comfortable. The perfect location to walk down the street and enjoy the town with great restaurants and shops. The room is clean, spacious and bed is super comfortable the kitchen is a plus. It also has a cute sitting area to enjoy. I do feel the tv are a bit small but not a big deal. The building is old but its been maintained, the upstairs floors need some TLC however, would highly recommend staying here. Its cozy and cute. Ample of parking.

Privacy, Quaint, Availability of premium stations. The room was a bit musty, Nobody on site.

This property is soooooo cute! Has a doll house feel inside and out. Everything was very clean and it smelled good. I love how close it is to the downtown area which is gorgeous! I will definitely stay here again if I visit Mt. Dora in the future!

Quaint historical property in a great location 1 block from downtown Mt. Dora. Spacious & clean with a full kitchen and screened porch. Beds were comfy too! Perfect for what we needed. Newly renovated bathroom with pedestal sink. Maybe consider adding a shelf for personal toiletries and hook to hang towels?

Room pictures were misleading. One of the "two rooms" was actually a porch at the entrance of the property.

The Heirloom Inn was location is situated in the heart of the city with easy access to all the best spots. It was within walking distance of many great restaurants, shops, and entertainment venues, making it the perfect place to stay for both business and leisure travelers.

Our street was part of the Mount Dora Art Festival, so it was blocked off. We could have asked the police officer to let us through the barrier and park on-site, but fortunately there was a space just outside the barrier, so it was easy to park. I saw a photo of the inn online, but this photo did not do the inn justice. It’s lovely. Our room has character with quaint wallpaper, wooden floors, and plenty of space. We were right in the mist of the festival, and we loved it!

convenient location, walking distance to downtown. The room was clean and decor was ok, beds were comfortable. The exterior areas need a little work. Overgrown courtyard area looks quite shabby but mainly we enjoyed the ability to walk to dinner and shops and parking and check in were easy.

Very nice place to stay in Mount Dora.

While the room was incredibly clean, bedding and pillows fresh, shower immaculate, some of the towels smelled like bacteria/mildew. I had to dry on a t-shirt. Room is plain with outdated decor which does not match the summery exterior. No breakfast, no manager on site, self check-in. Location just a few blocks from everything is a plus, though. Fine parking in back, no need to move the car throughout visit to the area.

The location is excellent and our room was very clean. The bed was also comfortable. The house is old so expect some quirks. That doesn’t normally bother us. We just felt the price should be reflective of that. It’s priced like a B&B but is without the breakfast part.
