The bed was not very comfortable and the a/c was extremely loud and not functional.

The hotel staff were friendly, the room was clean and modern. One of the best things about the hotel is that its close to a lot of restaurants.

After an exhausting trip, we were met by a staff member who was visibly upset that we had disturbed her dinner. We had to ring several times and when she finally came out of the back room, she said she was on her dinner break!
We will not stay here againl.

We had to wait over 2 hours to get checked in because of computer issues. No one at the hotel knew the status of the issue or how long it would take for it to be resolved. I believe that we should have been compensated in some manner.

It was nice, rooms were cleaned, and staff were nice. pool was right off the elevator. Kids wanted to swim in the morning, and staff were friendly to let us extend check out 1/2 hour to get them ready.

It was safe, quiet and clean. The breakfast was great. The bed was a bit hard along with hard pillows. It was a close stay on the way to the Grand Canyon west rim skywalk. We would definitely go back here.

We stayed in way out to Cali with no issues. The way back OMG the SMELL in the room was awful. Dog pee. We go there because they allow dogs. But…. They need to use a bleach mop in room 210. It was bad. I couldn’t open the window. So. 50-50. Way up like I said was great! And. I like the hotel. But I’m not sure I’ll book it again or I’ll check the room before I agree to stay.

Everything was great except the bed and pillows are hard and the track on the shower door needs cleaning.

The beds are so hard that it is very difficult to feel rested in the morning because even the pillows seem to be made of who knows what hard material (on top of being so small). The food was not good at all, even the eggs very so dried and overcooked that they were gummy.

Hotel advertised its pet policy on Expedia as “per accommodation per night” but charged per pet per night. Hotel refused to honor the advertised policy.

Nice, newer or newly remodeled hotel. Rooms and common areas were all very clean. Unfortunately we had a barking dog in the next room over that was left alone-the walls are quite thin. We would definitely stay there again.

We had two queen beds which were more like the size of a full bed.

This hotel had a quick check in, friendly and accommodating for an upper floor. Had a very quiet night and beds comfortable. Elevator had issues but we didn’t mind using stairs. Breakfast had burnt eggs in warmer and pancakes and French toast cold in the warmers. Bananas past their prime. This hotel was a good one though would stay again. Nice view, accommodating and clean.

They charrged an extra 50 dollars for a pet fee then then told us that we had towalk the dogs off ofthe property soi would not call them pet friendly. They sidnot vlean the cleaner out of the bottom of the tun causing me to fall in the shower. There was false eye lashes and hair in the bathroom as well.
