Nice clean and friendly staff

My husband and I came in town for the comedy tour at the Landers center this weekend. Our hotel stay was nice and clean. The front desk clerk was fast and friendly.

Checkin was quick. Room was clean. There was some commotion coming from room over or above us in the night that kept us awake. Also if you need a receipt for reimbursement purposes good luck. Mine was supposed to be emailed and ended up contacting their general manager to get emailed because front staff said they kept sending but never received.

Through snow and ice this stay was very nice.

We were given a room that had a broken entry door. The door would not lock. The hotel would not refund us our money. All they did was give us a different room that was smaller than we ordered. People ended up sleeping on the floor due to lack of space. They also did not have rollaway beds. Tv didn't work either.

Simply PUT! This place is fantastic! I’m Very PICKY! First the staff!!! Extremely friendly people all of them! The rooms were fantastic! They accommodated my request to be near the indoor pool and on the ground level. Had my grandkids for the weekends and took advantage of the indoor heated pool! The BUFFET BREAKFAST WAS AMAZING! I’m super surprised at how good all the food was as again I’m very picky! Lots to choose from and it’s all very good especially the sausage gravy and biscuits! I will absolutely be back to have another weekend of fun with my grands! Perfect spot

We stayed here so we would be close to the hospital and visit a loved one. Property was very well-maintained. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice. I always like a hotel with an indoor pool. Our only problems were that hotel staff neglected to come through on our special request for a top-floor room. The floors are very thin and you hear loud walking above you in in the second floor rooms. We would stay again but will call ahead for special requests near check-in.

We found the stay very comfortable, clean and friendly. The breakfast was good and it was so nice to have a hot meal to send us on our way.

Only issue was left over food in the refrigerator when I opened. Honest oversight not a deal breaker

When entering the hotel, another couple had been sitting in the lobby waiting to check in. The young man working the from desk came around the corner and very rudely said “what do y’all need?” I told the lady to go first. She gave her name and said she was checking in. He asked for her name again very curtly. She spelled it. His tone and attitude was very poor. He said to me “now what about you?” I gave him my last name and said I was checking in. He didn’t hear my name so I repeated it a bit louder - not rudely, just louder. He yelled “call down man, I just asked for your name” very rudely. I told him “never mind, I’ll go somewhere else.” He said “fine, do that.” I stepped out and called IHG. They asked me to get the business card of the manager and to get the young man’s name. When I went back in to ask, he refused to provide either and said “have a good night sir, you can leave now.” He denied me the opportunity to check in. His attitude and behavior was unsettling and not typical for Holiday Inn. Expedia reached out to him to request a refund and he said “no way and I’ve placed him on the ‘do not rent’ list so he can never stay here. I’m the manager and that’s how it is.” I will not return to this property.

Great place to stay close to Memphis with plenty to do nearby. Rooms were clean and spacious and the staff was very friendly.

Nice clean room, comfortable bed and friendly staff

Quick overnight to be near the airport for an early morning flight. I love check in when they have your paperwork printed and waiting for you so all you have to do is show ID and cc and sign the agreement. It is such a relief after a long drive and all you want is to get to your room and take off your shoes!

Key kept losing the programming and they refuse to send someone up to the room saying they have only one employee running the entire hotel. Lost programming 3 times and every time I called they said to come down to the lobby and I have a bad hip.

We stay here twice and liked it very much, clean friendly, and the food was good and hot

Just what I expected from Holiday Inn.

Clean room and friendly staff. Was not impressed with breakfast as they continually ran out of hot food. Front desk staff was not present all morning.
