Elevator was out of order The chair in the room was scratched up. The bed was not comfy only two pillows. It needed an upgrade.

Got there and elevator was broken. Room was on 4th floor and when I got to the room someone else was already in there, so I went back downstairs with all my luggage and got another room, went back upstairs and had to check it out then go back downstairs to finally registration.
There were holes in the bathroom door, the cup sealed in plastic was wet on the inside. There were cigarette burns in the fiberglass tub. The hot and cold were reversed on the shower and it never got warm enough to use.

The biggest issue was elevator wasn’t functional the entire time. I’m disabled. I can’t do stairs so I just stayed in the room.
Staff were very helpful/friendly. However, it’s abundantly clear no money is put into keeping things running and up to date!

It was a horrible experience. I made a reservation and arrived after a long day of driving from out of state. When I arrived, I was told that the hotel was fully booked and they did not have a room for me. I was assured that I would not be charged since they couldn't give me my room, but I was still charged. I have to wait 7-10 days for my refund. This severely impacted my budget.

Booked an accessible room for my handicapped mother. Arrived only to find out that the single elevator was broken and only time on 4th floor available. Had to go find another place. They knew this earlier in the day and didn’t have the decency to call us or other customers.

There was a fire and a laundry room. No one cannot find the stairs the tell him anything when was it OK for them to go back in the building

The overall stay was okay. However, there were roaches, especially in the bathroom. The front desk clerk Deja (spelling) was very nice and pleasant.

It's in a great location and it's quite. The kitchenette is a plus and saved us a lot of money. Two electric burners for cooking (we only needed to use one), a large microwave with an exhaust fan, a full-size refrigerator and a sink, along with plenty of cabinet space worked out well for us. If you want delivery you're good to go as well. The staff are pleasant and the other guests pretty much kept to themselves.

There's really nothing to say about it except, thw fact that, the only available room was in a disarray... The room hadn't even been cleaned out from the previous guests.... Receptionist were nice but extremely unprofessional.

It's been a good stay and a kitchen in my particular unit has been great. Eating out every night is just not financially feasible, so making our own meals has saved us money. The staff have all been friendly and the hotel is quite, nothing shady goes on at all.

I booked this hotel for the amenities listed; jetted tub and kitchen use. Upon arriving, the clerk informed me that there are no tubs (not just available but they do not have the tubs). With this information and watching teenagers play soccer in the main hallway.. I left the hotel and booked elsewhere. The clerk was very helpful in trying to help me find another hotel.

Awful! Walked in and walked out. Filthy, smelled like someone had smoked in the room for months, trash can full, torn furniture, holes in doors…pretty much where transients stay.

They say to ask for blow dryer- they have none. TVs are cracked don’t work, killed two beetles in our room, no coffee makers, no cookware or utensils like it says, do not supply shampoo or conditioner, no breakfast is included. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in!

Absolutely zero is included in the price. I had 2 rooms for over 3 months for a couple of my employees. Hotel Would not refund for early check out 3 weeks early. Charged to exchange towels. Charged to come in a clean. Charged to switch out bed linen. If anything had a stain charged for that too. I will not use this hotel again. I will be seeking legal assistance.

The building a lobby were clean. The rooms are worn and walls and furniture dirty with burn holes on chair tub and toilet seat. I had to reject the first room because it was so bad.

Place always has a fresh smell to it rooms and hallways. Bathrooms are clean and free of moldy tiles. Refrigerators and kitchen are are also clean sand tidy. The staff professional and friendly and have observed them taking care of guest issues with a smile. I left an item (watch) behind and received a call the next day that it was being saved for me at a front desk. Great hotel and great team.

The bed sheets had stains everywhere, the walls and doors had holes, they had traps everywhere, the hallway smelt like smoke it was just horrible so i got a refund i didnt stay.

Super Friendly staff ! Very professional and helpful, checked in this hotel after a bad experience in another hotel! I was lucky to find this property in a last minute reservation ! Definitely recommend

When arriving to the room we noticed our room didn’t have any towels, no shower curtain, no bathroom necessities. Nothing, no big deal we understand people get busy and slips their mind. But the longer we stayed (mind you we only stayed a day) the worse it got. The roaches are infested in this place. First had one by head on the head board, then seen them running all by the tv, the worst was once we ordered food, a bunch came out! And they were all over the bathroom door. This place was disgusting and dirty!

Property needs to be updated and cleaned thoroughly! I saw roaches in the lobby and hair in the shower as if the room wasn't cleaned after last guests checked out. I won't ever stay here again!

Fire alarms were being checked in the mornig but we were not told this by the front staff,alarms blaring and scared me out of my sleep

First rooms door was jammed and wouldn’t open, second room you could smell someone frying fish next door. Inside the room the arm chair was absolutely disgusting looking and there were roaches crawling on the door causing me to find another hotel.

This hotel was very run down. Pictures do not tell real story. Our room was tore up, holes in walls and doors and filled in with foam that bubbled out, shower was disgusting and roaches in closet and by door.

Front desk staff was kind enough, but the rooms are dirty, my 1st room the bed wasnt even made, it looked like someone was still staying in there! After moving to another room, I couldnt turn tv on, they replaced batteries(no backing on remote) couldnt adjust volume-had to manually push button on tv. Btw, the tv had 2 blue lines up/down thru screen. Found a dead cockroach near cable box. Exhaust fan in bathroom doesnt work. They couldnt supply a bathtub stopper, hairdryer, utensils cups bowls plates etc. Whats the point staying in an extended stay with kitchenette without a single supply to use any of it!? Terrible. And oh yeah! I was handed "clean towels" COVERED IN CAT HAIR! Yuck!
