good value for your money

This hotel had all the rooms on the first floor and it was an easy access to the room. The property was kept clean.

It is a nice room. A couple suggestions. A table light that's not so BRIGHT! The lighting is either blasting or off! A safety rail in the shower would be wonderful to hang onto. Lastly. A bigger bar of soap! The one supplied is too tiny and not real soapy! Otherwise a nice place for a night or two.

Super convenient location. Everything is nearby. Nice staff. Thread bare towels. Old spring mattress.

It was a fine place to stay for the price. Manager was great & helpful. We had no problems and didn’t see nonsense going on around it. It was satisfactory to us.

I like smoking rooms. Too cold or too hot to smoke outside

Clean, basic, and affordable. A throwback to old roadside motels which is a theme on this stretch of 4th Street Yuma. I've stayed twice now, visited from San Diego. Good alternative to Vegas, pleasantly easy and scenic drive. Convenient to supermarket across the street. Uber is $12 to get to kokopah casino. I'll be back!

My wife advise me that we will never stay here again. The bed was uncomfortable and noisy. The air conditioner kept her up. The neighbors started talking louldly outside the room from 3:00 AM on till 5:00. The only positive was a good location for us shopping and eating. We appreciate the recomendation the owner made for a good Indian restaurant, that was fantastic.

The TV did not work. The pool was empty and looked like it had not been filled in years. The door handle didn't work half of the time. Chair and table were patio furniture and very uncomfortable. The office area smelled like sewage. It was cheap, but it's have paid more for better. Not an accurate listing.

Great price and nice rooms with lots of space. Appliances are new and work very well

Pros: Clean room, with good air conditioning at a great value. Cons: Had to go back to office each day to get key reset. Shower water was very hot even at coldest setting.

Room was clean and comfortable and my check in and check out was pleasant. The reason for my low stars is because the pre set temperature to the A/C was not enough to cool the room. The room was small and should have been able to cool. I was not Able to adjust the temperature. The room was hot. The only cool area was sitting in front Of the a/c. This was very unpleasant, frustrating and overwhelming to Not be able to be comfortably be cool in a city where we have over 100 degree weather. I was sweating and was not able To Shower or Get ready comfortably.

Nice and clean

We come to Yuma regularly for work and El Rancho is our go-to hotel. It's clean, quiet, and affordable.

Excellent customer service the front desk was quite kind. Pet friendly which i was so grateful, and affordable. Had what you needed such as soap, shampoo, toilet paper, etc. The room itself was clean, but we did not receive clean towels. They were dirty but were nicely folded on the rack. Otherwise, great! My onpy complaint is the towels. The privacy, location, and overall feep was great.

The room was all remodeled and was very nice.

While the eoom was very clean, there was no chair(s) to sit in. There were no hooks for clothes. There was no radio or clock. There were no lamps for each side of bed, but there were overhead lights, but not so usable. There was no coffeemaker but evidently there was cofee in lobby. These are rather basics and standard at competitor motels in area.

The stay was excellent very comparable and compromising on my checkout time and I extended an extra day no problems

We were unable to stay at the property but the manager was extremely helpful and understanding. Truly a nice experience with a kind and understanding staff! Maybe in the future! Thank you!

The room looked very clean and nicely done but as soon as I took my socks off my feet were literally black within 10 minutes of walking to the bathroom and refrigerator. Took a washcloth and wiped up a small area, took it to the office, someone came to clean but using a filthy mop that just spread the same dirt all around. I suggested a different type of cleaning to the owner, I do travel at least one week every month and feel they would appreciate a suggestion, not a chance! I'm sure going back there a week or a year from now the floors are still going to be as filthy and nothing is going to change whatsoever. They list a pool but I'm pretty sure they're never using that thing again either.

I like how they were still polite and friendly even though i showed up at 3:00 a.m and woke em up. Nice place looked like my room was recently remodeled. Clean, free coffee.

Not bad for the price

The room was clean and the bed fairly comfortable. However, there was no chair of any type to sit on. There was just a round table. There was no clock in the room, and no coffee maker, which are both fairly standard nowadays. There were only over head bright lights, and no bed side lamps to be able to adjust how much light was desired. There were no tissues, that I could find. Basically, this room would work if someone wanted just to check in, lay down and go to sleep. The TV did have quite a variety of channels.
