For the price that was paid, I was very much disappointed. The smell of my room. No duvet. I begged for a fridge in the room.

Arrived to find there was no water in the room. There was no kettle but there was tea and coffee. The phone did not work. The "premium" channels consisted of Premier League and three news channels. All not goid enough for the price asked. The AC was good and the room clean though. The location is conveinient.

AC and internet was great compared to other places here They also have a generator power goes out all the time in Liberia also pool doesn’t look like that it’s been swam in in a long time but yet picture shows that but I didn’t want to swim anyway

Staff was not helpful. Hotel did not feel safe. Alot of drug use inside the hotl.

Don't stay there. The hotel is horrible and has completely run down. It a waste of money. The space is not clean and they don't have any good service. Also, they refused to give us internet that it was not working but we later found out they had internet. Nothing works here, nothing. I will never recommend this hotel, not even for one night stay.

Staff needed to be reminded for refiling the tea/ coffee sachets in the room. Fruits were missing from the Breakfast and provided after reminding.

The hotels location was ideal for our purposes and it was very clean. The service was good, and the complimentary breakfast always hit the spot with a combination of Liberian and western food. Loved our stay there.

All the staff were very friendly and approachable I liked everything except when I checked out the machine was not working well and it did not want to read my card. I had the MasterCard customer service people on the phone and they told the staff at the counter to manually put in the numbers. She was very kind but said she can not. I was a little upset because yes you can I explained to her how to do it but she wouldn’t even try. She said they tend to have problems with MasterCard and since all my cards are master cards I just paid cash. She was very nice I just think she didn’t know how to put it in manually, it is possible because I used the same machine when I helped run my sisters business. Overall I was so pleased with my stay and the staff there. Thank you so much I will stay here again!

Occasional power cuts usually solved by generator kicking in. Good hotel for visitors to Monrovia.

Television in room was non functioning the 1st night.

Nice hotel. Only problem I have is that the power kept going off and the bathroom water kept running out and the internet was in and out.

UNDER CONSTRUCTION!Construction noise, debris in lobby and hallways. Pool is out of commission. WiFi was very spotty or non-functional.Would be very helpful if, when reviewing hotel listings, a banner pointed out which services that are listed are actually not provided.

the Expedia web site is missing vital information for guests that have not been to Liberia before. No one, stores, restaurants or Hotels accepts credit cards A few places accept debit cards Prices at the grocery store for most items is double what you would pay in the states
