It was clean, not fancy but pretty much sufficiently stocked. Could use a bottle opener and some waterproof treads in the shower. Took a fall the 1st day not realizing they had soft water, which made the plastic shower floor extra slippery.
Was close to amenities, seeing as how it was located behind a home depot in a strip mall parking lot.

Great stay!! Clean efficient and great location. Great breakfast and polite staff. Would only change the location of the elevator or the addition of another elevator.

The facilities & staff were fine. The hotel and room were both clean and well kept-up.
However... The TV did not work -- it didn't display any channels. The "free breakfast" was I think the most tasteless meal I've ever had at a hotel. I tried the oatmeal, biscuits & gravy, and faux-McMuffin. I couldn't take more than a bite of each. Utterly flavorless - it was like eating styrofoam.
Worst though -- The hotel was advertised as "pet-friendly". There was no place to designate I was bringing a pet on the web page, When I told the desk clerk I had a dog, she said "I'll just tack on the $75 fee." Really? $75? Hotels can certainly set their own policies, but if I had known that a dog would add $75 to the charges I would have gone elsewhere - AND THIS INFORMATION WAS NOT DISPLAYED ANYWHERE IN ADVANCE!
I will not be using Home2 or the Hilton chain again.

Our room was very clean - it had everything we needed and as we were traveling with our dog - our room was on the ground floor with easy access to the exit. I would highly recommend this hotel.

It’s new, it’s very nice. But… they allow pets, and even though they have ppl sign a pet policy the dog barking across the hall was crazy. And their kid was screaming too. I did let the hotel know their dog was left alone in the room was barking. Barking continued the next day. A policy is only as good as what’s enforced.

We stayed here end of October 2023 for 1 night. Highly would recommended as everything was clean and modern. We loved the; pillows, sheets, mattress, big amount of space in room, kitchenette, desk, wardrobe, closet, black out curtains, and desk chair. The desk chair and mattress were both super comfortable and would have loved to know where they got them! Tons of parking.
We drove a big truck with a dumpster trailer on the back so we had to park in the parking lot one lot over since the parking was full and limited to oversized vehicles. Felt very safe in the neighborhood and the hotel had access cards to the entrance so no strangers could randomly come in.
Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was good other than when we arrived, learned that the hot tub wasn’t working. Other than that, our stay was good.

Large rooms, nice area, wish the pool was warmer or the pool room was warmer. Hot tub was not functional for part of our trip. Should vacuum under the couch. Wish bathroom was a little bigger.

We have stayed here multiple times and was disappointed when we checked in this time there was a $75 pet fee, which in our mind is ridicoulus. The only other issue is breakfast was lukewarm. Otherwise, we like the property, i.e. the staff are great, it is clean, and we like the room setup.

Wonderful place to stay with two small children! So nice to have a separate bedroom, small kitchen and table and chairs. The hotel having pack n plays was also amazing so that we didn't have to bring them. Staff were super nice, breakfast was included. We will definitely stay here again!

We typically stay at the Richland Hampton but this hotel was a lot nicer and had a significantly higher quality breakfast assortment and the staff was much friendlier. I just wish it was on the river. We would definitely stay there again.

I loved how everything was close by. The shopping and food places are so close and walkable.

The stay was wonderful. The room was great. The check in process was extremely loud and hard to hear what was being said as there were many people in the lobby right by the check in counter.

There are lots of amenities in the area; from Walmart to multiple restaurants within walking distance.

Great place for a great price and a good breakfast included

Floors and couch were just shampooed and the room smelt like a wet dog. When I tried to change rooms I was sent a fan to help dry it out and the gentleman delivering it was not happy. He stated he shampooed over 6 rooms a day. After 2 days I checked out because it still smelt bad and was still wet. I lost 2 nights rent because I used a 3rd party to book it. They are more concerned about renting rooms then takimg care of the customers.

It’s a great hotel - especially if you need an extended stay, or to have some of the conveniences of home. Pretty and comfortable little patios, nice bbq, nice pool area, good breakfast spread, and the in room kitchen set-up and appliances are very nice.

Great place and great location!! Super clean and wonderful bed sheets! The room is super large which makes it very comfortable! Also, very friendly staff and great breakfast! We’ve decided we are always staying at “Home 2 Suites”!!
