I would say it’s a very central location, close to many tourist attractions which is a big tick on the box. Abit strange that they had taken us to a different location just 3 minutes walk away from the checkin (separate premise), and it can be abit noisey outside. If we needed to use any service from the main hotel where we checked in, we needed to walked to there, which is incovienient for travelers. For breakfast, even thought we wanted to pay extra to have a nice breakfast but we felt inconvenient to walk back to the main hotel. And even we needed to walked back to the main hotel to check out and return the key. Good aircon, clean, and decent beds though.

The room was always kept clean. It had good ventilation and it had amenities like refrigerator and television.

Very rude front desk service. Did not allow luggage to be stored if you arrive early or on the day of arrival.

Annex Luzernerhof server is very Excellent, We have two overweight, and the clerk also helps us.

Stayed in Lucerne for 2 nights and was comfortable with shared bathroom. Check in and out is at another building but within walking distance. Only downfall is that the walls are thin and could hear neighbours in same building

Location, location, location! Very clean and close to the tourist spots. All within walking distance!! The hotel was very clean and e cells to value for Europe and Switzerland. I'd recommend this hotel to all my friends who are looking for good value.

Shower Gel is only 1/4 filled most of the time. Towels provided. Soap is shared amongst all guests. I do not see Shampoo or Conditioner or Hand Cream. Room is clean and furnishing looks pretty new. Location is superb. So if you bring along all needed toiletries and bedroom slippers and do not mind sharing toilet cum shower room with other guests. This is an affordable choice. Toilet cum Shower Room is locked by Door with Room Key for Limited Private Use, safe enough for ladies like me.

As a camper I am not a stranger to hardship when travelling. But this hotel is ridiculous. We had to walk 3 blocks from reception to our room. Our room, just over a bar, a taxi stand, and a bus depot was full of fumes, noise and smoke. Even though we paid for more nights it was impossible to stay any longer than one night.
