We stayed here before- and it was a great stay. Quiet, clean, and great breakfast. 2021. This visit. The room was reserved for 4 adults. There was only 3 tiny bath towels in the room. 1 roll of toilet paper and one of the towels had stains. The front desk would not answer the phone to bring more and when my husband went down to get some the guy handed him brand new towels that had never been washed, he told him they were out of clean towels. They were super stiff! The part we looked forward to was the breakfast from last time and today we arrived plenty of time before it closed and there was 2 pieces of toast in the large bread container- no oatmeal - it was empty. No bagels. The waffle batter was very almost empty. There was a batch of biscuits and gravy and a few scrambled eggs left. We asked the cook where the sausage and proteins were like last visit and he just waved his hand in are and said that’s all he had. We will not be back. Yes everything is expensive but people pay for an experience and things have gone down hill here.

Very nice, beds are comfy…wish sports teams would be limited to the first three floors and leave the 4th for people that don’t want to hear kids walking/running in the halls slamming doors! I wouldn’t recommend the beer house restaurant up the road, plenty of workers standing around but had to place drink and food orders from a QR code on the table. Our party left and went somewhere else

The room felt cozy and clean , having a pool was nice every time we went to use it no one else was there which was nice. Breakfast was enjoyable!

I learned to not book Hilton properties through third parties like Expedia. For the same amount of money my friend got 3 times bigger room because he booked through Hilton Honors. the hotel staff gave me a room next to the elevator. They said they couldn’t give me any other room for my type of booking. I am really disappointed that I booked through Expedia.

Staff was great. There is a sliding door on the bathroom that has a gap which lacks privacy. I would only stay here again if I were alone. I stayed with my sister and brother in law which made the door akward since you could see in and hear everything

It was quite a run down hotel. Breakfast was impossible for gluten free. The staff were not helpful in finding solutions. The hot tub was broken.

Good for a stop on a road trip. Clean and nice breakfast

Charged us two different times, when we already paid for our hotel. First time they refunded us, money went back into our account. Now we’re home 6 hours away, and they charged us again this morning. Completely disappointing as this could’ve severely ruined someone’s trip.

Comfortable bed. Breakfast could have been better. Good location. We would come here again. Try Northern Lights Pizza!

Great hotel, nice and clean, comfy beds

Pool was clean and there were plenty of clean towels even though it was busy. Saturday breakfast did not have the selection I am used to at a Hampton Inn but staff was very friendly and attentive.

Quiet clean comfortable

Disappointing for a Hilton property; but adequate. For a newer hotel, the room showed a lot of wear and tear. Lighting in the room was all fluorescent. Terrible. No room service. Breakfast was inadequate. Poor selection and quality.

Everything was top-notch! We enjoyed everything about this property with the exception of the breakfast which was well below average. We would def stay here again!

We were very pleased by the fast and prompt service at check in and out . The rooms are very clean and as is the hotel. We had an event to go to and the location was perfect.

A little hard to find.

Arrived at 6:30 pm after having been driving for 10 hours expecting our room reservation to be ready. Instead we have the desk clerk saying there were no clean rooms. Waited about 45 minutes before we were given a room.

Location was the reason we chose this hotel. It was fine and there are local restaurants.

The room was of excellent size . Bigger than most we have been in.

It was really good and I enjoyed the stay. Quiet, and cozy.
