Room was clean, service was polite, but the air system in the room was awful. The thermostat on our room didnt work and it was hot and miserable. Room 428. They said they would put us by my elderly parents but they were in room 216. Usually pick Holiday Exp, but now reconsidering

Very clean and super comfortable beds. Housekeeping is responsive and thorough, considerate of our weird hours. The workout room smells strongly of plastic, so it needs to be aired out or prop open the door to the hallway. No yoga mats, but there’s a 2” mat that can be used in a pinch. Breakfast is wonderful until the hot items sit out for >6 mins. Sip coffee/juice until you see the fresh tray of eggs being brought out. Great central location. Enjoyed our stay immensely!

Was there for a hockey tournament with my kids. Staff were very friendly and polite. Room was clean and beds were comfortable.

Plenty of towel expect for not too many essentials. There was so no makeup remover wipes, hair cap or mouth wash. Other than that everything else was amazing!

The bathroom has missing grout around portions of the baseboard tiles. It looks like wear but also appears to have been there since initial construction. Tear marks on the wall surfaces. Very sloppy workmanship in either case. The tiling needs attention, otherwise it will continue to deteriorate in appearance. Sorry I didn’t photograph, but evidence will be clear upon inspection.

The lady who checked us in was very nice and helpful. We were only there for one night. we used the pool and breakfast was plentiful for our needs.

Very clean, modern, and comfortable accommodations. Two suggestion: exhaust fans in the bathrooms to assist with shower fog, and additional seating in room (either another desk chair or another type of seat).

I accidentally clicked pay now when I reserved the two nights. Within 24 hours of making the reservation I needed to cancel because my flights were cancelled. I was told no. I called the hotel and they said they were willing to give me a refund but Expedia had to do it. Expedia told me that they could not because the hotel was not willing……. I paid for two nights and never stepped a foot into the hotel. Not happy about this.

The staff was Great! The hot breakfast was Great, My suite was spacious and a lot of room for sleeping, the pool just Everything!!! As well as they have real soap and body wash ( They have Dove soap, lotion and body wash they get 10 stars All Around.!

The staff were very nice but very stressed given the swarm of flight cancellations and people showing up with hotel vouchers. Add to that they were at capacity and there was a bad storm and customer service kinda took a back seat. To top it off, the hotel (and many others) lost power and I ended up sleeping at the airport as the room was cold , there was no hot water, and there was no way to charge my phone. Not a great experience

This hotel is in a good, central location. Front desk staff upon check-in (only staff interaction we had) was excellent. Friendly and efficient. The room was not clean. It wasn't disgusting, but it was definitely not clean. The room had two couches that were covered in what I assume were crumbs and pet hair. The blackout blinds would not close all the way (see picture). We had previously stayed at the hotel right next door which was over $50 less per night and was much more clean and comfortable.
