I booked, obviously through Hotels.com. When I checked in and the rude clerk ran my credit card for the charges it was $20 more than my reservation. The incredibly incompetent clerk also put me in a room with a queen bed when I had reserved a king, and while he did change my room to one with a king bed, he refused to honor the hotel’s.com price and refund me the $20.

Read the reviews but decided to see what the fuss was all about, git to the motel, there was a sign stating call this number to get a room. So i called the guy that answered, says hello i stated im at the office for my reservation he said he wouldbe there in a hour im like excuse me he said he was on his lunch break. I was mad i called the place that i booked though and explained what was going on, now they are looking into trying to get my money back. Ive stayed here in the past but will never go again. I dont know how the ever are on hotels.com sute they need removed

They gave away our reserved room and tried to charge us $25 more for a different room. The room we finally got had brown, feces-looking fingerprint streaks on the bathroom wall, no chair, a broken bed frame, pillowcases that looked like they hadn’t been changed since last slept on, dirt and cobwebs on the vents and ceiling light fixture, spotty WiFi…this is the worst hotel room I have ever stayed in. The person who checked us in was visibly displeased with us for contacting Expedia about them raising the rate on us.

We were very disappointed. Blood on towel, stains on sheets. Hair in bed. Everything was cheap and junky. Overall I would not recommend to anyone unless trap house vibes are their thing.

Upon arrival no one was at lobby. Customer service was nice but reception did not know some of the English terms when communicating. Room smelled, walls dirty, bed seemed broken and no screen on windows (room facing street). Booked this room on a whim as we needed an unexpected stay. Had a knock at 10:30am from a man asking if we would be extending stay and when replied not rudely stated check out was at 11 ( which we already knew). I’ve never stayed at a location where I get knocks on my door for check out status.

Stayed here for a week for work. The lady that owns it was a very nice person. prices are inconsistent and they do not honor the price from the app. All the rooms smell like weed or meth. Crak heqads wander around.

Place was dirty. No hot water. Moved rooms still dirty and no hot water. Asked for refund and person on reception couldn't give a damn. Refused refund and just smiled when we said we're leaving.

Arrived at motel and i was told that I owe them 30 more.
The person at the front desk said it was a 30 city tax. Talked to the morning person an she said that the Expedia.com site overbooked the rooms and that they never had any rooms for the expedia.com price. Got into the room and the coffee pot had old coffee grounds in it. Later in the night we found out that the heater would not work. We also found a empty yogurt container behind the bed side table.
I would not recommend this place. Feel like i was ripped off at so many levels.

I was quoted a total price of $71.26 when I booked on Expedia but was charged exactly $100 at the motel. The guy at Reception said the higher price was due to a $20 state hotel tax. No Wi-Fi reception in the room.

We got the hotel by 9:20 pm and the hotel office closed at 8:00 pm. When my husband called the hotel staff, no one answered the phone. When I called the hotel staff, a lady said she called me and she didn’t reach me by phone. However my phone didn’t show her call. She said she would not charge me because of no show. So I didn’t stay in the hotel and had to stay in motel 6 nearby last night.

Very dirty room, had no towels of any kind available in room!. Bed comforters look as hadnt been washed in months. Coffee maker in room but no coffee available to use. Office closed at 9pm and did not answer phone for any service. Very disturbing motel wont be returning.

We did not stay. Rooms smelled so bad. Smoke, and not sure. My wife has bad asthma and allergies we ask to move rooms and the other was even worse. Stayed at another motel.

We are pretty tolerant of small, family run motels that are older. We had stayed at this one before. They advertise one price through Expedia, and charge what they like when you’re there. Wi fi only worked if you stood by the office. Sheets didn’t even begin to fit the bed so we slept on plastic mattress cover half the night.

Love the affordability and the location. The guest service is good. The only problem would be the clientele. Other guests get a little excitable late at night. And the walls are thin so you hear everything.

The room was not clean and smelled bad. The sheets were stained and the "comforter" was a packing blanket (???). No glasses, shampoo or conditioner (basically no amenities). The door was flimsy and everything was very dated and dingy. Our expectations are not high for value motels but this one was very poor.

The quiet motel but the room was not clean and the staff is rude and the toilet was dirty when I went to use it.. plus office closes at 8 pm so you can't complain to anyone and shower has black mold around top of it.

This place makes New Jersey seem livable. Absolute dump. The goddamn door wouldn’t lock from the inside or outside. The bed comforters were burnt. The front desk didn’t even have a computer. I’m amazed a serial killer didn’t live in our room. This place gives “murder motel” a bad name.

Arrived to property within the front desk time frame and no one was there and could not reach anyone spent almost an hour trying to check in. Had to finally find another hotel after 8 hour drive. When I contacted the owner she said oh well that's the way it goes:((

Young man checking me in didn’t say more than 3 words to me. Room only had 1 towel, no hand towel or wash cloth for 2 people. They advertised a coffee maker in the room and there was none. We went and bought our own. Bed was comfy and we loved the pillows.

The bath water was dark brown and extremely dirty. Glad to send photos to verify.No toilet paper! No one at front desk to request toilet paper. No one at front office to check us in and had to wait. Overcharged $135 versus confirmation of $128. Ridiculously horrible place

No frills motel and very cheap. Expectations were not high but it was good. Not convinced it is in the centre but it is right on the 101 and next to a petrol station so handy. Had run out of coffee though!!

I showed up to check in and she said they were full then sent me on my way. She was not polite either. After that happened she tried to call me back at 12:30 am. I told her I had a reservation when I got there so why send me on my way and why call me at 12:30am?

Didn't get the hotels.com price discount, but I wasn't in the mood to make a fuss. The room had a smell, nothing too extreme. Stains on the bed spread, lots of debris underneath the bed you could see from the door. A hole in the bathroom wall, and a shower that alternated between freezing and scalding hot, the knobs didn't seem to help that much with it. The bed felt fairly saggy, but despite that I still got a decent night's sleep. If you need a cheap place to sleep, this will do, but if you are looking for something nice, this isn't it.
