We have stayed at other Embassy Suites and the beds were comfortable, I was not able to sleep all night the bed was very hard and uncomfortable. My husband and I woke up with a backache and tired. The hotel and room were very nice, the gentleman at the front desk was also very nice.

We always find an Embassy for our trips and over the years we’ve seen a slight decline. However, this property didn’t disappoint. The only complaint I have from our stay is that the toilet could have been cleaned better, there was urine spots between the tank and toilet seat.

My hus3and U stayed gere for Thanksgiving and it was clean. The staff was extra hospitable.

It is a very beautiful hotel. Breakfast was excellent like always. The male and female bartenders for the evening cocktails were super friendly and attentive to our needs. The only thing is I got a suite on the 6th floor and notice there was no trash cans except for the bathrooms. I did call for them to bring me an extra trash can because I like clean up after we eat and the receptionist said they would get us on but they never did. I didn't like going to the bathroom to throw our trash but that's the only thing. They need to put a small trash can under the sink would be nice for those of us that are spending multiple night.

The hotel was the location for a family celebration and the facilities were excellent. The rooms were clean and spacious (suite). The hotel staff (check-in receptionist, bar, and restaurant staff) were courteous and friendly.

exhaust fans in bathrooms is a necessity. Coffee was lukewarm. Staff was responsive and quick to address any needs or issues. Location was great.

We were supposed too extend our stay another night but apparently we were lied too we had roo check out at 11 we didn’t even get enjoy the amenities that the hotel came with very sad thought we would enjoy this place definitely won’t be returning.

This was by far the best Hilton property I've stayed in! It was nice, my room was amazing, and the location was close to all the places I was interested in visiting!

Hilton at San Antonio Brooks was a great hotel...friendly staff, free parking and close to eateries in the area. The breakfast was good with many different options. Most of all I felt safe in this area of San Antonio.
The only downside for this hotel is their skimping on low budget toilet paper! Come on, really!

I liked how it is not close to a lot of stuff so it is a more secluded location which is what I was wanting. It is a bit further from downtown then expected.

This is the second time I stay at this hotel and they always receive us with friendliness. It is family friendly. My kids love it. The beds are comfortable and clean. The breakfast is great!

One of the best hotels I stayed. The room was super comfortable. The breakfast is awesome and they cook for you. The customer was outstanding. The only disappointing thing that they ask if you want housekeeping service, which I thought that was a given. But nevertheless, an excellent hotel which I'll book when am in the SA area.

The lobby openness, clean appearance, and friendly staff made our short stay stress free. It was a prime location for restaurants and shopping. We recommend if you need a Brook City area stay.

Hotel was great, you got two free drinks at the bar everyday, the free breakfast was actually free and had everything! Loved the location! We stayed for the weekend and was told that housekeeping couldn’t make our room because of short staffed, that would be the only thing, but would stay again next time in San Antonio!

The staff were very helpful. Morgan was great ! Sweet,friendly,very helpful. She is definitely a people person.The only thing that was unsatisfactory was the lack of luggage carts(There were only 3 ) for a 4 story beautful hotel. Plus another elevator at the other end would have made it easier on us. I have back problems and hubby had bilateral knee replacements. Other than those two things it was a great experience. 👍
