The hotel’s lobby area is basic, which I do not have a problem with. The hotel room, however, was not clean. I arrived in the middle of the night around so I just wanted to get some sleep since I had to depart for a different city In the morning. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable for the most part. However, there were mosquitoes in the room and they definitely love me so I had to be extra careful. Breakfast starts at 7 AM and there were plenty of mosquitoes there. I asked for the attendants to do something about the mosquitoes , But the person that showed up to kill the mosquitoes using a zapper showed up 45 minutes into the breakfast experience. By that time a few had already bit me. Breakfast definitely has variety, and in general, the food was decent.

Service at reception was poor.Unable to arrange taxi from outside.I understand the is no tie-up with outside taxi service provider.when hotel car is on service the customer can not go out in urgent situations as the hotel is far from the main road.

The rooms require some maintenance. Bathroom shower pressure was too low. A tile was broken and main window of room was leaking after rain. Locker was not operational

Verry bad experience. There weee no bar soaps neither shampoos. The shampoos and dental toiletries were chargeable.

Bad service, not soo clean room, no daily house keeing. breakfast worst with no choices for non-indian, gave me breakfast in disposabile plates. not so friendly staff. I will definetly avoid this hotel in future.

Dirty hotel!!! We checked in, and promptly checked out after 30 minutes. Smelly rooms, dirty bed sheets and an awful location. The photography is very clever, i certainly didn’t see a room shown in the photographs! It also states there is a mini bar, no such thing! It’s a dry hotel, the mini bar consisted of some out of date orange juice and a broken kettle!

Good place to stay for an overnight transfer to airport. The room and service were just ok. There were no towels and insufficient toiletries . Good breakfast.

It would have been better if I had been warned that taxis were on strike and cars were charging triple rates to the hotel from the airport. And lying about the distance. The hotel food was great and the servers were good. The area is not pedestrian friendly and has no shopping. Hotel is ideal for an overnight stop but should have 24 hour checkin. Rush hour traffic is appalling as you would expect. Even the air in the hotel is borderline toxic.

Very courteous and helpful staff. Pretty clean and reasonably spacious room. Excellent breakfast. 20 minutes drive from Delhi airport T3 terminal.

Everyone from the shuttle driver to the front desk staff to the porters was very nice and welcoming. The rooms were clean and comfortable and I really enjoyed the breakfast buffalo. I'd stay here again without question if I'm in need of a place to stay in New Delhi.

So dirty, we have changed room 2 times, they are all this way, fridges not working, TV cable not working, breakfast very bad, 3 stars not 4!

The staff were friendly, Kind and helpful. The breakfast buffet was amazing and the room was perfect. In room service was great hhe food tasting amazing. Surya was very helpful and caring staff member.

It is not so close to hotel - still takes about 25 to 30 mins. Rooms are old , breakfast spread is OK, not so great and even though there were only few guests, the service was very slow. Taste wise was also, the breakfast was not so great.

Room was ok. No shower cubicle so water went everywhere. Water for shower not hot only slightly warm. Noise all night from downstairs I.e tables and chairs moving about. Staff friendly food both for dinner and lunch good.

Staff at the in-hotel were rather rude. We weren’t all that hungry as we had a heavy late lunch and this sat down to order only one Chinese fried rice at around Rs 250 cost. After much discussion between the staff they came back and stated that Chinese items were not available and rather recommended we order biriyani and some starters (more expensive). Eventually settled on daal, roti and naan, which was not what I wanted to eat. Everything else about the stay was fine.

Staff is courteous and helpful.Room service is good. Place is not as close to the airport as it's mentioned. The hotel was nice to arrange a taxi drop for us which we paid for. We were there for a few hours (checked in at 11 pm) and checked out at 6 AM. We had asked for a boxed breakfast (which they said can be arranged) but we never got one.

For a hotel with 4 star I expected better facilities. Even though the staff were friendly but the bathroom was not clean, no small towel. No toiletries and smell urine. I will rate it 3.5 rating.

I chose the hotel because I thought it was convenient to the airport. While it is just south, trying to get there by cab is very time-consuming. It was very inconvenient for touring. Further, there was nowhere to walk. The front staff was very friendly and helpful, not so with the dining room. On the other hand, the facilities were clean, good condition, and room comfortable.
