Hotel and it's staff were amazing, very clean, everywhere smelt beautiful and the spa was exactly what we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable, the room laid out perfectly. 10/10

The room was big enough, shower wasnt that powerful but hot you wet. Pool was ok, jacuzzi was firty. Sauna wasn't very hot. Gym had just about enough equipment for a workout. The bar had kids running around so i had dinner across the road at the carvery. Breakfast was as expected and quite nice.

Room was spacious and clean. Swimming pool was a bonus. Food was good but we had to wait a long time on Sat and Sunday for meal, due to it being busy. Service in the restaurant could have been better however it did improve later in our stay. Overall impression was good and as it was our first stay there we would go back again.

What a little gem this property is, it's immaculate, the room was spacious with everything you need. It had air con a fridge extra large bed, fluffy white towels even towels for the pool. The pool was spotless and jacuzzi and sauna there to use as well. Food was amazing and served all day and reasonable price. I liked it that much just didn't have long enough but deffo returning for a longer stay. I would recommend to anyone

The staff and facilities were very good. We had a bit of an issue with breakfast. We were not allowed to have croissant instead of toast and we felt that it would be better as a buffet breakfast. We also found that our room was lovely but the pillows on the bed were very lumpy.

Put it this way i tried to book an extra night stay we loved it and the team are fantastic

Everyone who works at this hotel make it their priority to give you excellent service.....always offered with a lovely Norfolk smile! The rooms are spotlessly clean and the breakfast is superb. The spa facilities are excellent.....also kept very clean! This was my second visit and I would definitely recommend it to others. Hopefully I will return soon!

This hotel/spa/resturant has a lot going for it, the staff were lovely and the venue itself is well looked after. Unfortuneately, they clearly have a problem with squirrels living in the roof. They kept me awake the ENTIRE night scratching and banging. It was the worst nights sleep I had, had in a long time and I really think they shouldn't be having guests with a pest problem that bad!! Paired with the fact that the fire alarm kept going off randomly, and it was really loud! Including at 7:30am in the morning, my stay was more than dissapointing, it was inconvienient and exhausting.

The stay was good but there was no fridge in the room and no choice of eggs for breakfast only fried eggs served and not much variety for vegetarian food Room was clean, bathroom no sanitary disposable bags The pool, steam room and jacuzzi was fantastic

This was my second stay at The Old Hall Hotel and it was the second time I was given room 27 and the second time I only have great things to say. Room was spotless and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Staff were professional and friendly. Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on quality or quantity but did have evening meal one night - catch of the day & chips - which was delicious and good value for money. Waitresses were excellent, personal service despite it being a busy Sat night week before Christmas. Will definitely stay again. Highly recommend

Plenty of parking spaces on arrival. Check-in was easy and quick. Room was exceptionally clean. Uncluttered room layout for easy access/use of space. Room heater/air conditioning worked well. Only negatives were noise from water pipes, and noise from the main road (despite the window being closed). In addition, some of the cooked breakfast was a bit poor quality.

Overall the stay was very good. Check in friendly and the staff were very cheerful and was there if you needed any help. The rooms were very clean. The breakfast and food in the evening in the restuarant were very good. The facilities included were the swimming pool and gym if you needed them. There was a bus stop outside the hotel if you wanted to get to various places which we used every day. Plenty of free parking which is good. Certainly recommend the hotel to anyone.

Hotel was good leisure facilities was great. The service in the restaurant was slow waited 45 minutes for food to arrive was never offered even a bread roll. Asked about deserts choices and was then forgotten about for ages just had mains and drinks and left. Soft drinks were expensive. Soft drinks more expensive than a single of whiskey. Breakfast was a little disappointing still felt hungry after a full English. Not a buffet style breakfast and felt as if were an inconvenience to the staff chatting by the till area.

Very helpful staff - one lady in particular helped my disabled wife with changing facilities for the pool. No real grumbles but the lift was out of order for a few days and so was the accessible toilet near the bar.

Nice room but unfortunately it was extremely busy when we arrived and the spa facilities were very busy too, staff was pleasant and food was lovely ok.

The hotel was nice. Very nice, clean room. Over priced for what it was. No toiletries in bathroom only a soap dispenser. Only two teabags and two small milk sachets! No hotel staff around until 8am so we couldn’t get anymore milk or tea bags. The staff were friendly and the hotel was nice but for £135 per night it could have been better! It’s not a quiet hotel but didn’t bother us as it was a Friday and people were having fun!

We had a fantastic stay at the Old Hall Hotel. The welcome on check in was exemplary and the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, there was plenty of choice, and the staff were all very polite and accommodating. Highly recommended!
