My room was for disabled people but it had a bathtub instead of a shower

Overall hotel stays dirty bc of construction workers with mud on their shoes. Mud everywhere

Staff was not helpful nor friendly. It was dirty. Bathroom was in bad repair and dirty. The room had a bad odor. Breakfast was not restocked it was out of many items both mornings. Staff seemed annoyed you were there. Came back to the room with trash floating on the toilet where the person cleaning the room apparently flushed the trash down the toilet. Key stopped working so I had to make a trip downstairs to be able to get back into my room.

They stay was wouldve gave excellent but the room had Ladybugs 🐞 flying around.

I would've liked my room to be a bit cleaner.
I believe it was the same room I stayed in previously in June '23 or before. I would prefer a room on the front side of the building and on lower floor on my next visit.

Great staff! We were greeted by Allegra at check-in. She was very helpful and even made a fresh pot of coffee for me. The next morning, we noticed the refrigerator in our room was broken, and the desk clerk immediately arranged for Carlos, the maintenance man, to swap it out. He was very friendly and offered some tips about the local restaurants. We had a very nice stay, and the room was cleaned daily. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Easy check in. Staff very friendly and courteous. Easy Check out. No issues or problems and close to where I needed to go the next day.

The room could have been cleaner, especially the floors. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was below average - eggs were lukewarm, bagels stale, coffee also lukewarm. Also got to listen to an employee complain very loudly about another employee … whole experience was slightly below average.

There was a Waffle House cup in my room and one of the night lights left on. Made me feel someone else had access to the room. The beds were made and bathroom with new towels and no trash so I didn’t report it.

Karen was very helpful at checkin - everything went smoothly and our room was lovely. It would be nice though to have 4 cups and 4 glasses fir two people. And 2 decaf and 2 reg coffee.

Couldn't have asked for a better hotel in North Augusta. The room was nice, modern, and pretty much perfectly clean, plus the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Will be my first choice next time I'm in town.

At arrival the front desk lady was super nice, she engaged us in conversation and offered suggestions for things in the area. The hotel was clean and the room had everything that we needed. Walmart is next door and there are food a couple of food options close by as well. The hotel offered a complimentary hot breakfast and the breakfast lady was super nice aa well. I would definitely stay again.
