The property was exactly as described on hotels.com and we had no complaints. The location is in central Waikiki close to everything.
However, we were disappointed that the original information supplied to us about entering the property was somewhat confusing. The document needs to be completely rewritten in clear and unambiguous terms. Plain words and simple sentences. Just like other “procedures and policies” displayed in the room: very well done!
We are experienced travellers. We arrived at the location by Uber. We had arrived in Honolulu on a cruise ship from Australia.
The confusion in the entry document seems to be from an assumption that guests arrive by car. Clearly not the case with us. As it happened, we were able to contact the manager by SMS and an assistant arrived promptly to sort things out. A job well done. He agreed with us that our documentation was confusing.
Additionally, the people at the front desk were of no help. We understood they weren’t part of our booking other than to get us to sign a registration form. As is the case with many USA counter staff they could not understand our Australian accents and made no attempt to be helpful. Having said that, they were doing their job in a formal and matter of fact manner.
So, everything was as described and we were happy with our stay after some initial angst and frustration that could have been avoided. We do hope the management will consider a rewrite of the entrance documentation.

The location was great -close to shopping and restaurant. Owner had good communication. The beach chairs were broken and supplies were limited.

Great location, lots of stores, dining options. 10 minutes walking to the beach. The only cons is that outside wall is thin, so it could be noisy.

Almost impossible to get a hold of them. Would not work with me on any accommodations.

I liked the easy check in and that we were able to leave our luggage before checking in. Terrell was very nice and accommodating.
The place had enough to meet our needs.

The place was in a great location, everything needed was accessible. Really liked the parking spot, found it to be extremely useful for the trip. The place itself was good, clean except the toilet was difficult to flush. I did mention it (on the last day, it was fine to use still) and had a quick response, which was nice.
I would stay here again. :)

Great location in town. It was within walking distance to many restaurants and attractions. Free parking with the condo which was nice. It was very well secured with key access entry and security on standby. There were onsite laundry facilities and an outdoor pool. Many toiletries were already supplied as well as beach gear.

The place is very old and outdated. Shower rod is very rusty and the shower curtain needs to be washed. We had to clean the toilet bowl before using. There’s a weird smell in the room. The location though is excellent as it is in the heart of Waikiki. Free parking is a plus.

The establishment was very clean and comfortable and our view was great!

Only issue was the check-in process. I had to call/text as the passcode did not work and then was given a new passcode same with parking lot. Atleast the owner was responsive enough and was sorted with in 1hr.

Stayed 8 nights here for our honeymoon. Loved the place and the location was great, bring walking distance to shooting in Waikiki you wanted and the beach!

I believe in honesty and this will be an honest review. This wasn’t what I expected it to be. A few things worth mentioning. Shower head was held together by a wire. One of the pillow covers was ripped and in bad shape. A/C was quite loud and had a hard time keeping the room at temp and also was putting out a very musty smell. It’s an older building and quite dated but not a big deal but the unit itself was just not very well suited for our needs. No extra pillows for the hide a bed. If we had known about these issues we probably wouldn’t have stayed here. Definitely won’t stay again. Outside noise was horrible. Got hardly any sleep. Just glad it was for only one night.

To note - I was not prepared for Honolulu traffic and we arrived on a Saturday night after a long day of travel. It was frankly wild! Be prepared if you get a car for much longer than anticipated travel times especially in the downtown core.

Property was lovely, clean and great location. Instructions into the property were easy to navigate. I couldnt get the air conditioning working so was rather warm. I also had to take my own bin out which i thoight was strange but not too much of a hassle. Would definitely recommend.
