Staff was very professional and friendly. Will be staying at this location on future visits to Minneapolis.

The hotel room I reserved was supposed to be handicap accessable. It was not and made our trip a nightmare. I am probably not going to book through hotels.com anymore since they provided the wrong information that was vital to this particular trip. The TV in the room was broken as well and only partial screen was able to be seen. They said they didn't even have handicap accessable only a roll in shower room which of course was not available to switch to. I will be booking with the hotels directly in the future and will not recommend Hotels.com

Pretty clean. Top of a shelf was very dusty and something was smeared on a wall in the closet. Breakfast was okay.

TV went out and could not get on for almost a day. Positive - room was very large, full of added benefits for preparing a meal and very quiet in the room.

Everyone was friendly. The size of the room was great. Everything was very clean except for a stain on the couch. But there were no towels at the pool and the front desk staff said it would be 30 minutes until towels were available, and there were quite a few people in the pool.

Not all rooms have bath tubs.

Overall, the property was clean and modern. The pool is pretty small. We found a pop bottle under the bed from a previous stay.

I was welcomed by a super nice front desk employee who was kind engaging and seemed excited to share the details of the hotel. I would definitely come back.

Beautiful rooms. Nice pool. Wonderful staff. Decent breakfast options. Located very near two intersecting busy highways and didn't hear a bit of traffic noise.

While the room on the surface was nice, the room was not clean. There were crumb in the nightstand, dried liquids on the table and end table and hairs in the shower. I won’t stay at this particular hotel again

The person above us was making a lot of noise and the bed was a bit uncomfortable and made noise like something may of been broken. Other than that the room was very clean.

Upon check in, the young lady was very pleasant but didn’t mention that in order to get fresh towels, we had to request room service for the next day. The rest of the staff was not very friendly.

Very nice sized room, comfortable bed. Needed TLC in overall maintenance and cleaning. Trash in hallways and at elevators was not collected daily. Really needed a good vacuuming in elevators and hallways.

Loved the room layout and the mini kitchen. Thought the quality of the hot breakfast feed was terrible. Wish there was a better area to socialize in either the lobby or outside.

Stayed in the one bedroom suite over the weekend with my family. We were in town for my son basketball tournament. Dishwasher had rotted food left in there that left the room smelling terrible!! And windows don’t open!! Reported to staff whom got the the manager “Lisa” she initially offered to take $30 off the room for the night. I said absolutely NO!! We can just check out and find another hotel for the remainder stay.. we came to an agreement for half off the first night and we were put into a different room. Afternoon staff was pretty rude about giving me extra towels. He stated each room comes with 2 big towels and that should be enough and if we need more to bring the dirty ones down first! I was in shock! I informed him the room sleeps 4!! I never had to explain to front desk staff why I want more towels! I stayed at a lot of Hilton properties and this was by far the worse. Also, grabbed a breakfast sandwich on the way out and it was frozen! I couldn’t do anything but laugh. Really wish I would’ve stayed at the Holiday Inn but switched to this location cause it was closer to my son tournament games.

When we arrived at the bathroom was very dirty especially the shower full of hair, and the body wash and shampoo were completely empty

short drive to Royals athletic Center was convenient. Hot tub was kind of gross with brown foam on top.

This was one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed at. The room was fantastic and the staff was very friendly!

Booking through Expedia is a joke! Of course Expedia did not give me the room style I requested which was a wheelchair accessible room. Instead, they booked a hearing accessible room. Thankfully when we arrived and after discovering Expedia’s mistake, the Manager was gracious enough to upgrade our single room to two adjoining rooms with one being a wheelchair accessible room. I’m so thankful for the manager and his wonderful customer service!! I truly appreciate it. Our weekend was amazing! I would definitely book again at a Home2 Suites by Hilton Hotel but not through Expedia.

Room was clean, nicely appointed and fine for my short stay. I was only there one night, and chose this hotel for location.

What a great experience- facility was modern, clean, comfortable & booked at a good price/value. Staff was friendly, engaging and courteous. Breakfast was solid- the apples were fresh & crisp. Coffee on point. Stayed here for business & will be my future go-to lodging for my future trips to the Minneapolis.

Friendly services, good breakfast, clean room

Took 20 minutes to check in. The front desk person said “computer issues”. After 15 minutes I said “why don’t you try the computer next to you. She said “it’s a network issue”. She then tried the other computer and it worked. I was so frustrated with her poor service and problem solving skills.

The room was spacious and the bed and pillows were comfy. Friendly staff! The only thing is the bathroom door to our room does not close all the way, loved everything else.

Beds were comfy, but the HVAC system was terrible. Heat would come out of an annoyingly noisy vent on the wall near the bathroom all of the time, so if the AC on the outside wall wasn't turned on, the room temp would quickly go up to 75 degrees or more. Wall outlets near the bed were dead and the electrician wasn't able to fix it quickly so we just told him to come back after we had checked out. Bathroom shower had a lot of mold around the edges --not properly cleaned.
