Its a decent hotel, but $150 incidental charge is very high. Yes, it was fully refunded but i have never been charged that much.

The breakfast was amazing with lots of variety. I really enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well. rooms were clean and spacious.

Carpet had spots missing, shower was unusable because the spout let water go everywhere. If you didn’t wash your hair you didn’t have a choice, and no hair dryer. Front desk girl that was trying was not nice or welcoming. Other front desk people were nice. Overall not worth the price point. Better to stay at the comfort suites across the street. Bigger rooms and cheaper.

Hot tub was not working. The only reason we booked this hotel for the face that the surrounding hotels did not have hotels. It was advertised a hot tub.

I love staying at Fairfield Gaylord. It's always clean and comfortable. During peak seasons, I cannot afford to stay here for extended periods, but off-season, I love staying here. It's a treat.

Pulled up to check in. Few people were setting outside throwing back a few. Sounded like they had been doing it for a while. Check in was ok, no issues. Got up to the room. Then we started the odyssey. Found hair on the floor in the bathroom, ok not the cleanest motel. Then pulled back the bed. Found hair all over the bed. Called down to complain. We were told to come get some new keys and they would move us. We gathered our bags and went to the next room. Pulled back the covers before we unpacked. Well, our friend the hair was there too. The sheet looked like it hadn't been changed in a few months. The lady at the desk was in the room with us. So, I pulled the comforter off and found more hair. The front desk lady got new clean sheets and changed out everything for us. Needless to say, the room felt unclean after that point.

There was a woman at the front desk named Meagan who went out of her way to help us get enhanced WIFI so my wife could participate in an important Zoom meeting in Virginia.

The staff were the most friendly and kind people we have found. They were kind to each other and the guests. How refreshing to get a smile and conversation from everyone who passes by. 10 stars.

Hotel = nice, staff = outstanding. Large family that acted like they owned the place and kids were 100% out of control =bad. Also snowmobilers with truck and trailers park anywhere and everywhere.

Booked a king size bed over a month prior to our trip. When we got there they didn’t have one available. Beds and pillows uncomfortable. Walls thin and rooms and hallway noisy.

Advertised 24 hr fitness center but was not available for use at all during my entire stay. Only compensation offered is a free night in the future, but that is not useful as I have no plans to return. Bed was comfortable, room was clean. Carlo (front desk, helped during check-in) was the friendliest human ever!

The room smelled clean, it looked clean, everything was in working order. Bed was comfortable and the property was close to everything.

We had a great stay, very clean updated hotel. We received a warm welcome upon arrival. Continental breakfast was great and there were two workers making sure the breakfast area was clean and well stocked. Pool was small but very warm, great for a mid-winter break! I would definitely stay again!

The room was very clean. The beds were quite comfortable. The breakfast was better this year compared to last year. The room had decent soap and shampoo. I have no complaints.
