Staff were very nice. Unfortunately the pool was not open.

The beds were horrible. They were hard and lumpy. We did not sleep well and ached in the morning.

Accommodations were clean. Free breakfast was delicious. Staff was friendly. Great place to stay of going to a Bills game.

The hotel was perfect except - there was some kids hockey teams staying there. Their parents stayed in the breakfast area until 12am -2 am consuming alchohol allowing the kids to run wild through the hotel. My room door was getting slamed by hockey sticks, balls and kids checking each other in the middle of the night. All floors had this issue and no one from management intervened. We got hardly any sleep. I had to go in the hall and scream at the kids. They would just go to the next floor and terrorize the guests on that floor. This is the by far the worst night shift management I've ever encountered. THE POSITIVE - I WAS REFUNDED 2 NIGHTS FROM THE 2ND ROOM I PAID FOR WHEN MY SON AND HIS FAMILY CAME. NEVER STAY THERE IF THE KIDS HOCKEY TEAMS ARE THERE. CALL AHEAD AND ASK!! THERE WAS NO SUPERVISION BY PARENTS AND NIGHT EMPLOYEES OBVIOUSLY TURNED THEIR BACK ON THE NOISE WELL INTO THE WEE HOURS OF THE NIGHT.

Traffic around hotel wasn’t bad at all and near exit for 90 is nearby. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

The hotel is in need of an update. The hall to my room had multiple spill stains in the carpet. The chair at the desk in my room had enough unidentifiable stains that I put a towel over it before sitting down. The one worked elevator had a very odd smell but I’m not sure if being right next to the pool had any affect on it and finally, although there were many options for breakfast, the eggs were obviously imitation and gritty. I challenge any decision making management to honestly say those are something they would eat themselves and it was nothing but a cost saving decision

This property should be one of the better hotels in Hamburg, NY, but because of bad management and severe under-staffing it is not. Upon arrival, we were greeted by an exhausted staff member at the desk just going off shift who gave us keys to our room that did not work. Then we discovered that one of the elevators was not in service, and that the fitness facility was "closed for maintainence [sic]". After three days without having our room cleaned, we inquired at the desk about having the room service and were told THEN that we would have to request service. The corridor on our floor was never vacuumed and was littered with all kinds of "crud." The saving grace was that a few staff members -- like the excellent breakfast room attendant -- were outstanding and dedicated. All in all, though, this is not the kind of place that should garner a more than $200/night! Hampton Inns need to look really carefully at who they hire as franchisees for their chain!

Always an excellent stay at Hampton in Buffalo. The door didn't latch well, but other than that small detail, always highly recommend.

The pool was closed and there was no mention of the status online. Breakfast was exceptionally nice. The attendant was friendly and had everything looking great. Road noise woke me up several times.

The room was perfect. Clean and quiet for a night’s stay on a long drive. It is located right off of the interstate, very convenient, and the restaurant next door, Watercrest Grill, was perfect for dinner. I would definitely choose this hotel again if I’m ever making an overnight drive in the area.

I’m sorry from staff doesn’t mean anything when they don’t care and have no solution to parking problem. We had to park way past Hampton parking lot and past another hotel parking lot, just to hear from staff that Hampton was fully booked. Doesn’t being a booked room at Hampton mean I can park at Hampton? At check in I was asked for my email and phone number. I asked why and was told since I booked with a third party it was needed. I had to say my email and phone out loud. When I asked for my room number staff told me it was written on the card and she couldn’t say it out loud for privacy. What??? My email and phone number aren’t private????
