Hotel’s location is excellent. Lobby is great but rooms are a little small and cramp. Nevertheless, having smaller rooms are ok but having no ac is not good as we were only informed that ac are only turned on during summer months. As a result, the room can be very stuffy as there is a lack of air circulation. Even when we open the window, it takes a very long time for air circulation to come in. Moreover, if we open the windows and close the curtains, there is no air circulation. And if we open the windows and leave the curtains open, there is a lack of privacy. Anyway, mainly because of the lack of ac unit during non summer months, I will certainly not stay in this hotel anymore. The hotel should at leave leave a note on it’s website and in the hotel booking websites to alert guests that ac is turned off during non summer periods. For many guest from Asia, ac us very important as it also provides air circulation.

Excellent location. You are in the middle of the old part of Tbilisi, close to attractions and subway. Many restaurants and cafes around. Hotel is modern, elegant and staff is friendly. Rooms are a bit small but didn't bother us. Rooms overlooking the terrace and vertical garden is really peaceful. We also tried their food at the restaurant and it was delicious. I would recommend Iota Hotel for anyone staying in Tbilisi.

A super nice hotel with a really good team right in the middle of tblisi. The restaurant in the ground floor was perfect and had a rich variety of dishes, including Georgian. My only regret was the lack of a fitness center, but easy access to the hills means that there is a lot of possibilities to go running.

Cool, urban design throughout the hotel. Everything looks really good. Many staff I encountered seemed stressed or just not particularly friendly or interested. On the last night, there was a lot of noise in the corridors and then in the room above mine, until abut 1:30am. Some guests were having a party. I did call to reception to ask them to intervene, and it quietened down a half hour or so later.

It was a wonderful experience in this beautiful hotel. Great location, design, service. Very attentive staff always ready to help, speaking multiple languages. The cafe downstairs and the restaurant upstairs have great food and it was a pleasure to spend time in. The design of the inner garden is unique and peaceful. Will definitely recommend the hotel to my friends and hopefully even will come back myself :)

Good location. Superb decor but standard room is really tiny, No space to open your suitcases if you are more than one person, had to block the entrance door and watch not to step into it. Breakfast was a joke. Understaffed! Limited drink choices. You had to pay extra for cappuccino or tea other than black or green. I guess one would expect more from 4 star hotel. I’m glad we only stayed 1 night.

My only negative comment is that there is so much beautiful fruit in Georgia at this time of year, so why not offer it to guests for breakfast? Breakfast with croissants and eggs was a bit generic European and disappointing.

Excellent location close to Liberty Square. Walking distance to a lot of the sights in Tblisi. Great hotel and friendly staff that speak very English. Thanks for our stay

Only issue I had was that my room was pretty warm (26 degrees as per the in-room thermostat)
When i tried to turn the air conditioning on, it didjt seem to work. I called the reception and they quickly sent someone but to my surprise, I was told that they disable the AC this time of the year. This was early May. Wasnt particularly hot outside but room felt balmy. I am not sure if this is the norm in this part of the world, but that was a little surprising to me considering this is a 4 star hotel.
Other than that, no other issues.

Good interiors. My room was compact but not suffocating. The design of the room was made with taste and they have given good attention to small details. Friendly staff and good restaurant. I would prefer to stay again when I visit Tbilisi in future.

Very clean property. Yet in the evening at 0100, still very noisy outside. I stayed on the forth floor, can still hear very well for the movement upstairs on the fifth floor (which is a restaurant area) and also late night band sound music.
Staff are extremely helpful with wonderful breakfast.

I've stayed in three different hotels in Tblisi. This was the best for me. Location was excellent, close to the core, but in a quiet neighborhood with great restaurants nearby. Interior was really lovely, terrace bar and main floor breakfast.

The picture not matching with real room.
The picture showing bigger with the balcony and view, which I choose and paid. Unfortunately the room was too small and without balcony.
