Never refilled shampoo, microwave kept beeping, and heat would not turn off.

We were able to check in and pay for our stay as soon as my husband got his money loaded on his card and we are really appreciative of that as I was extremely exhausted and needed to get some sleep

Normally this is a great hotel to stay. Upon check in we found that the pool was under renovation and had to relocate for the grandchildren. But usually its a great stay here.

It was horrible. They were renovating the hotel and nowhere were we informed of this. Paint smell made us nauseous and chops of paint and garbage from the construction was all over. Bugs in the bathroom. Workers were working during the breakfast hours and in the breakfast area.

We didn’t like the 11 o’clock check out, noon should have been good enough. Breakfast was over too late for a weekend stay. Mostly what we didn’t like was the excessive noise in the morning. 7 o’clock in the morning and it sounded like somebody was stomping their feet pretty hard above us.

The overall stay was pretty good. The room could have used another cleaning as there was hair several places in the room when we arrived. But it was close to the freeway yet quiet.

The staff was helpful. They had a pack n play for our little one. Breakfast was great with a lot of choices. Everything was clean. The price was great also.

I have stayed numerous times over the years sometimes a week at a time. always clean and quiet. only bad review is always same breakfast. scrambled eggs and sausage. wish they would change up once in a while, especially when staying for extended time.

Car broke down and the hotel was amazing and accommodating me and my daughter on short notice and even let us stay past check out time while the car was getting worked on! Would come back without a doubt!

Excellent! Clean, friendly, quiet, has a microwave, fridge, pool, hot tub, breakfast. Pay the extra 35$ and get this hotel, don't do the nasty 50$ ones.

Don’t drink the water! Nasty after taste.
Check in staff was rude & un-inviting.
Bed was hard, pillows small.
Room was clean, grounds could use updates along with building trim paint.

At check in I arrived much earlier than expected the front desk was very accommodating. The staff in the hallways were very friendly.

The roomvwas smelly and I'm not sure that the sheets were clean. I was booked for 2 nights but barely made it through the first night and canceled the second night.

Very good hotel. I especially liked that the sink is separate from the shower and toilet, so 2 people can get ready at the same time.

It was a fine stay. I was able to have my dog with which was wonderful. I was accommodated with a room close to an exit in the first floor which was very convenient.

Our stay was good. We had a very nice room, spent some fun time in the pool, had a very nice breakfast. The building shows signs of wear and tear, but overall great!

Very good accommodations for overnight, very thankful it was clean and updated, quiet and comfortable! Bed very comfy, plenty of towels & washcloths, could have had styrofoam cups for our coffee, instead we used the plastic water cups!

Only thing we really injoyed was our company. Dirty sheets on the beds room was dirty and the breakfast was ok. The pool and hot tub were nice. Just no towels. I think they were under staffed. 8f not they need more to keep up with the demand of breakfast and pool towels and to clean!
